(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 13 cities or counties in 9 provinces. According to this report, 11 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 17 were illegally arrested.

1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fan Rong Arrested
Ms. Fan Rong, in her 50s, was arrested on November 9, 2018.
2. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Xiuyun and Ms. He Ping Detained
Ms. Liu Xiuyun and Ms. He Ping were arrested by officers from the Yangming Police Department and “110” [Emergency Call] Office on November 14, 2018. They were taken to the Mudanjiang Detention Center.
3. [Da'an City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Huan Arrested
Mr. Wang Huan was arrested at the Anguang Town Railway Station on November 8, 2018, when the police checked his ID. He was detained in the Anguang Railway Police Station for seven hours.
4. [Liaoyuan City, Liaoning Province] Five Practitioners Sentenced
Ms. Ha Jingbo, Ms. Zhu Deyan and Ms. Yu Liqiu were sentenced to 18 months in prison. Ms. Ha is being held in the Liaoyuan City Detention Center, while Ms. Zhu and Ms. Yu were taken to the Jilin Province Women’s Prison.
Ms. Huang Jie and Ms. Yu Ping were both sentenced one-year prison terms, and released on November 8, 2018.
5. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Yin was arrested at home on November 20, 2018.
Mr. Yang Jianjun, Ms. Hu Xiaoling and her husband were arrested on November 24. Their homes were ransacked, and their cell phones, printers, and table calendars were confiscated. Ms. Hu Xiaoling, Mr. Yu Desheng, Mr. Lu Yuanqing, and Ms. Meng Fanyun were also arrested at the time. Mr. Yang managed to escape.
Ms. An Yajun was arrested at her workplace by several officers and taken to the Dongsanlu Police Station. The whereabouts of her husband, Mr. Gao Hongwei, is unknown.
6. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. Wang Ping, Ms. Zhan Xiufen, and Ms. Zhang Yan were arrested by officers from the Laizhou City Domestic Security Division on November 15, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are being held in the Yantai City Detention Center.
7. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Mr. Zhai Yanan Arrested
Mr. Zhai Yanan was arrested by officers from Jinggang Police Station in October 2018.

8. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Feng Xinxiang Arrested
Mr. Feng Xinxiang was arrested by officers from the Chengguan Police Station on November 19, 2018. His Falun Gong books and informational materials were confiscated.
9. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Jian and Ms. Zhang Tieping Detained
Ms. Zhang Jian and Ms. Zhang Tieping were arrested at the Jinzhou Railway Station on November 22, 2018. They are being held in the Jinzhou Detention Center.
10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Shuying Arrested
Ms. Wang Shuying was arrested on November 9, 2018.
11. [Pingliang City, Gansu Province] Mr. Si Yongqian's Whereabouts Unknown
Mr. Si Yongqian was arrested by officers from the Bali Police Station on November 21, 2018. His whereabouts are unknown.
12. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Lu Shiming Sentenced
Mr. Lu Shiming was sentenced to a two-year prison term and fined 20,000 yuan by the Jianye District Court in October 2018. He has since appealed.
13. [Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Chen Hemei Sentenced
Ms. Chen Hemei was sentenced to an 18-month prison term by the Ruian City Court.
