(Minghui.org) I'm a 67-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner living in China.
I started distributing booklets of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in 2013. Falun Dafa practitioners expend so much time and effort to make the booklets, so I treasure them and always make sure to hand them to people in person.
I have experienced many touching moments during the past three years. I would like to share a few of them.
My Neighbors Love Reading the Nine Commentaries
My neighbors all know that I practice Falun Dafa. Because of the propaganda from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), they initially didn't understand why I practice, but they have gradually changed their attitudes after learning about Falun Dafa.
They now admire me for what I do. Each of my neighbors' households has a copy of the Nine Commentaries. They have been blessed for choosing to stand on the side of righteousness.
One of my neighbors had high blood pressure. I told him, “Reciting 'Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good' will keep you safe.” He followed my advice and his blood pressure returned to normal. He now feels great! He told me that reciting these words truly works! Many of my neighbors heard his story and also started reciting the phrases, and are supportive of me distributing Dafa informational materials.
When I play Master Li Hongzhi's lecture videos or audio recordings of the Nine Commentaries, I raise the volume so my neighbors are able to hear it. They have told me that they enjoy listening. One of my neighbors used to have serious asthma. When he heard me playing these recordings, he would find an excuse to work on something close to my home so he could listen. His asthma disappeared before he knew it. Another neighbor also told me that her health improved after listening.
Street Cleaner Wants More Dafa Informational Materials
An elderly street cleaner chatted with me one day. In the course of our conversation he told me he had terrible insomnia. His face looked very pale. He asked me to give him some informational materials about Dafa, “Reading them will help me sleep,” he commented.
I brought him a Shen Yun DVD, the Nine Commentaries and some Falun Dafa newsletters the next day. After he read the materials and watched the DVD, he told me that he wanted to quit the CCP's affiliated organizations that he had joined when he was younger. He told me that he could finally sleep well at night after repeating, “Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
The man's face had a much better color and he looked healthy. One of his colleagues asked him what he had done to improve his health. He said, “I can sleep well if I read Falun Dafa materials.” His colleagues wanted some materials too.
The man now always asks me to give him more flyers so he can hand them out. He said his colleagues ask him for them as soon as they get off work. Their family members also enjoy reading them, and have learned that Falun Dafa is a great cultivation practice. Many of his colleagues have quit the CCP's organizations.
Pedicab Driver Distributes the Nine Commentaries
A pedicab driver treasures the Nine Commentaries. He once accidentally received a bagful of them, so he carefully handed them to a few of his customers each day and told them to treasure them too. After distributing all the copies he had, he experienced a huge change. All of the pock marks on his face disappeared. He looks healthy and energetic. Some people have told him that he looks more handsome.
Soldier Wants More Booklets for Others in His Unit
I met a young man in front of a hospital one day. I asked him if he would like to read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.
“Yes, but one copy won't be enough,” he replied. “There are 21 others in my unit.”
It was a pity that I only had four copies to give him that day.
Driver Has Been Looking for the Nine Commentaries for Years
A car stopped right in front of me when I was out walking one day. A man got out of the car and said excitedly, “I've finally found it! I heard about the Nine Commentaries years ago, but I haven't been able to find a copy.” He pointed towards the people I had been speaking with earlier and said, “They told me you have it!”
I once gave another driver a copy of the Nine Commentaries. He begged me to give him all that I had. He said, “All of my friends will want to take my copy, so I won't even get a chance to read it if I don't have enough.”
“Jiang Will Be Brought to Justice Sooner or Later”
A man who had already read the Nine Commentaries told me that he had heard about organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners, and realized that the communist party is so evil.
“Jiang Zemin has never done anything good,” he said. “He's responsible for killing college students who were calling for democracy on Tiananmen Square in 1989 and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners who believe in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The sooner he is arrested, the better!”
Another person overheard our conversation and commented, “Jiang will be brought to justice sooner or later!”
A Plainclothes Policeman Wants to Read the Nine Commentaries
I have accidentally distributed the Nine Commentaries to plainclothes policemen. I gave a copy to one policeman at the entrance of a shopping center. He looked very surprised, and said, “Wow! Falun Gong is beyond control. I would like to read this.”
Local People Protect Me from Danger
Soon after I left home one morning, a pedicab driver ran up to me and said, “Hurry up and go home. The police have been here and told us to report you.”
I decided to continue on to the shopping center. As soon as I got there, another person came up to me and said, “Hurry up and go home. The police have made arrangements to arrest you.”
Thanks to these kind people's warnings, I avoided danger.
Many people have now learned the true nature of the communist party, while so many more are still waiting to read the Nine Commentaries. I'm determined to continue distributing the booklets.
