(Minghui.org) I once saw a man and a woman sitting on the steps of a hospital. I decided to clarify the truth to them about Falun Gong and the persecution by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

When I brought up the topic of quitting the CCP, the man reached into a basket and pulled out four truth-clarification fliers and said that he knew the truth already.

I asked him if I could take back three of the fliers, to give to other people. “You’ve got too many,” I said. “One should be enough.”

The man refused, however. “I need them all,” he said. “I will give them to others. I can’t let you to do such good thing all by yourself. I will do some too. This is such a good opportunity—who would refuse to do it?" The woman added, "Yes, it is an honor to do such a good thing, and everyone wants to contribute. He has several brothers, and he got these fliers for them.”

Another time I met a seafood salesman. His business was booming, and he was well respected by other traders in the area. His favorite reading material was booklets about Falun Gong, and every time he received one, he treated it as a treasure and read it carefully. One time he got very excited after receiving one. He raised the booklet over his head, and shouted, “I’ve got another booklet about Falun Gong. I will bring it home and treat it with respect!” Under his influence, the surrounding merchants agreed to quit the CCP, and they treat practitioners nicely.

There is another person in the market who is a butcher. He came to see the kindness and compassion of practitioners by talking with them. He understands a lot about Falun Gong and has quit the CCP. He even explains the truth about Falun Gong to whoever shows up at his booth. He also joins in the conversations when practitioners explain the facts to people.

“Don’t listen to the CCP,” he says. “They do nothing but lie, and they are really bad. But you can believe the Falun Gong practitioners—they are good people.”

Now his business is very successful, and there is a line of customers frequently in front of his booth.
