(Minghui.org) My daughter's blood type is A negative. She had severe bleeding during a cesarean section. The doctors realized that her blood type was not available in the hospital’s blood bank, and they were too scared to tell us. The only action they could take was to continuously press on her abdomen to force contractions. My daughter was in critical condition for six hours. I believed she would survive with Master's merciful help because she always carries a Dafa amulet.
When my granddaughter was born she had hemolytic disease [red blood cells are destroyed]. She slept all day, did not cry, did not eat, nor did she relieve herself. She had congenital cerebral palsy and an egg-sized tumor in her brain. A doctor told us that there was no hope for her and that my daughter would not be able to have another baby.
It felt like the world had come to an end, and all family members cried. My daughter’s in-laws requested that the newborn be transferred to another hospital in Harbin, but the doctor told them the baby could not travel. We were also asked to inform my daughter to have a last look at the infant.
My son-in-law asked me not to tell my daughter the situation and just to let her see the baby.
I told his family, “I am a Falun Dafa practitioner. I want to let the baby listen to the Falun Dafa lectures. Is it ok with you if I play them for her?”
They said, “Do whatever you can. We have no other ideas for what to do.”
I immediately took a taxi home and brought back an MP3 player with Master Li's lectures. Some of my family members tried to stop me and questioned how such a little baby could understand anything. They thought my action was ridiculous, but I believed that only Master Li could save the baby.
I said to Master Li in my heart, “I will teach the child to study the Fa and do the exercises later. She is your little disciple. Please save her life.”
My granddaughter listened to the lectures for over two hours. Afterward, she was able to cry and had a little milk. My son-in-law and his aunts were very happy and said to her, “Listen more! Listen more!” Then she listened another two hours and had some more milk. She continued to recover well. The second day, she had a check up and everything was fine. The doctor was very surprised.
Many staff members of the hospital knew that the baby could not be treated and had been in critical condition. But she was fine the next day. They were amazed and asked me what happened. I told them that a miracle had occurred because of Falun Dafa.
My son-in-law said, “From now on, no one can say anything bad about Falun Dafa in front of me.”
My son-in-law now believes in Dafa and frequently lets his daughter listen to Master Li's lectures. She no longer has to go to a hospital for medication or treatments. His aunts were still suspicious for a while and were afraid that something might still be wrong with her.
Now, she is over 100 days old, and is very healthy and intelligent. We are all so grateful to Falun Dafa.
