Righteous Thoughts Ensure Success of Criminal Complaints

Two practitioners mailed their criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin as registered letters to the Supreme People's Procuratorate on July 9, 2015. However, the letters appeared to be stuck at the Beijing Dispatch Sorting Center.

When the practitioners strengthened their righteous thoughts, the Supreme People's Procuratorate acknowledged receipt of the letters on July 29.

Righteous thoughts can ensure the success of every step in the process of suing Jiang Zemin. Fellow practitioners should not give up when complaints appear to be stuck somewhere at the post office.

Look Inward, Send Righteous Thoughts

Our local practitioners mailed their complaints via EMS (Express Mail Service) on July 4, 5, 7, 14, and 15. Two practitioners received confirmation of successful delivery on the third day. All other complaints were held at the Beijing Dispatch Sorting Center or Langfang City Transit Center.

My complaint was mailed on July 7, but the delivery confirmation message from the Supreme People's Procuratorate was not received until 12:55 p.m. on August 4. Another practitioner mailed his lawsuit documents on July 15, but they were not received by the Supreme People's Court until 11:18 p.m. on August 4.

Fellow practitioners should not get discouraged if they face interference when mailing their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. We should negate any obstruction of the deliveries.

We should look inward and let go of human attachments. We must also send righteous thoughts, which are very powerful against interference. This will assure successful delivery of our complaints.

Follow-Up If Complaints Stuck at Sorting Centers

I mailed my complaints via EMS on July 8, and the one earmarked for the Supreme People's Court was received. After checking the status of the delivery several times, my lawsuit papers to the Supreme People's Procuratorate appeared to be stuck at the Beijing Dispatch Sorting Center.

I went online today and noted that the Supreme People's Procuratorate had received the letter on August 1. Practitioners must follow up with their mailing, and update the Minghui website accordingly.

Call Post Office Information Desk for Status If No Delivery Confirmation

I mailed four complaints for fellow practitioners between June 30 and July 17 in the form of registered letters, two via EMS, and another two via a private delivery service.

A fellow practitioner told me that many practitioners received confirmation of receipt on the same day, although complaints were mailed on different days. I finally received confirmation receipts by July 26.

One practitioner shared that he mailed his complaint on July 24 and received the delivery confirmation on July 27.

I checked the mail status online the next day, but no delivery confirmation was received. A practitioner informed me that I should call the Post Office Information Desk. This made me realize that I should call and tell these people about Falun Gong.

When I called the next day, the receptionist said that one letter was received on July 25, and that she would continue to search for the other three letters. I told her that my letters were criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin.

I explained that Jiang launched the persecution against Falun Gong and misled the Chinese people. He even ordered that organs be harvested from living practitioners. I said that since I was imprisoned for practicing Falun Gong, I should therefore be able to sue Jiang without interference.

I added that more than a hundred thousand people have filed lawsuits against Jiang since the end of May. This trend cannot be stopped, and as a Chinese citizen, my mail should be protected by existing laws. If anyone prevents me from suing Jiang, I told her, I would also sue that person.

“Of course,” the receptionist said. She then asked for my phone number and said she would help me track down the letters that were sent out from a post office in another area.

I searched online for the mailing status a few days later. All four registered letters had been successfully delivered, yet I did not receive confirmation of four complaints that were sent via EMS and a private delivery service.

Practitioners who have not received confirmation of delivery of their complaint should not just wait. We can ask the Post Office Information Desk to check on the status. Our inquiry about the delivery status of the complaint is to break the old forces' interference.

If a complaint does not reach its final destination, it will hinder the process of suing Jiang Zemin.

Status Regarding Complaint Letters Held In Beijing in July

I and a fellow practitioner mailed our complaints to the Supreme People's Procuratorate on July 9. The letters reached the Beijing Dispatch Sorting Center 10 days later. They were held until August.

For practitioners who sent their complaints at the same time, I was advised that three of the letters were on the way to the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

We received information that complaints mailed after July 11 were being held by the Weifang Police Department in Shandong Province.
