(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Zhang Xia and her daughter Ms. Li Han, from Xingren Village in Li County, Hebei Province, recently filed a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, former leader of the Chinese Communist Party. Their complaint was published on the Minghui website.
Officers from the Li County Police Department saw the complaint on Minghui and went to Xingren Village around June 9 to get information from villagers about Ms. Li. They also asked about her parents. Ms. Li is about seven months pregnant.
The officers went to the Yi County Land Department, Ms. Zhang’s workplace, on June 26, 2015, to threaten the director and demand that he dismiss her. The director called Ms. Zhang’s father and told him about the threat and that he was under enormous pressure.
Because Ms. Zhang has been a repeated target for persecution, her elderly father, brothers, and relatives are in a constant state of anxiety. Since Ms. Li is pregnant, they are even more worried for her and her mother's safety.
