(Minghui.org) Mr. Zhang, a Falun Gong practitioner, had just bought a new color printer for producing Falun Gong flyers. On the way to the bus station, he saw Cai Ming (not his real name), from the 610 Office. Cai had persecuted and harassed Mr. Zhang for a number of years and he worried about what Cai would do when he saw the printer. But, he decided to talk to him about Falun Gong.
Cai recognized Mr. Zhang immediately and said, “What a coincidence. How are you?” He did not say a word about the printer, but helped him carry it onto the bus and sat next to Mr. Zhang.
Mr. Zhang asked, “Are you still doing the same job where you have to give good people a hard time?” “Unfortunately, yes,” Cai replied. Zhang went on to tell him about Falun Gong practitioners’ effort to raise awareness about the Communist Party's persecution.
After listening for a while, Cai said, “Mr. Zhang, I agree with you. I read the materials about Falun Gong a lot. I am sick and tired of my job, especially since it is against my conscience. Could you help me get a different job?”
Mr. Zhang said, “You can still be a good person even in the 610 Office. Using your position to protect practitioners will benefit you greatly. You will be rewarded in the future.”
Cai smiled, “Thank you. I will remember your advice.”
Before they went their different ways, Mr. Cai gave Mr. Zhang his phone number and told him, “If anyone bothers you in the future, just call me. I will do my best to help you.”
