(Minghui.org) “How dare you come here? You should be thrown into prison. China has only one god, which is the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The entire families of whoever practices Falun Gong will be implicated. Your son will not be allowed to enroll in college nor to join the military...” yelled a police officer at Ms. Gao Huirong at the Chengshousi Police Station, during her visit seeking the return of her personal belongings which were seized during her March 10, 2015 arrest.

A group of people broke into and ransacked Ms. Gao Huirong's home on March 10, 2015. Two of them work at the local community office. Five were officers from the Chengshousi Police Station. Ms. Gao arrived shortly after and was arrested.

The officers confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, a set of brand new Falun Dafa books, a dozen sets of 2015 Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs, and several thousand yuan in cash, among other items.

Ms. Gao's son visited the police station and brought lunch with him on March 11. The police did not allow him to see her, and ordered him to take the lunch back.

Ms. Gao was held in the basement and watched. No family visits or meals brought from home were allowed. She was released after 7:00 p.m. on March 12, but the police did not return any of the confiscated items.

During the two days she was detained, the police did not give her a bed or even a blanket. They forcibly took photos and drew blood samples from her.

Ms. Gao consulted the law after her release. She stated to the police station officials that the officers who forcibly broke into her home without permission or identification, committed the crime of illegal intrusion into a citizen's residence.

The officers who held her in the police station basement for two days were setting up and illegal criminal trial, and detaining her was a crime of illegal detention, Ms. Gao said.

Ms. Gao and her younger sister Ms. Gao Huiyun were twice taken to forced labor camps after the persecution began in July 1999. Her sister passed away in 2011, as a result of torture she suffered.
