(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 39 cities or counties in 14 provinces. According to this report, 14 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 89 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Linkou County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wan Fulan and Ms. Wang Yuzhen Detained

Ms. Wan Fulan, 70, and Ms. Wang Yuzhen from Liushu Town were arrested by Dongjie Police Station officers on September 2, 2015, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. Ms. Wan remains in custody at the Mudanjiang No. 2 Detention Center. Ms. Wang was released after 15 days of detention.

2. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Ni Ruju Detained

Ms. Ni Ruju was arrested at her clothing store by officers from the Guan County Police Department on October 8, 2015. She is being held in the Liaocheng City Detention Center.

3. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Li Xiuzhen and Ms. Wang Meizhen from Sunji Town were arrested on October 27, 2015. Both women are now in the Weifang City Detention Center.

Ms. Han Caifang and her husband, Ms. Liu Junhua, Mr. Zheng Faxin, and Mr. Xu Shaojun from Sunji Town were arrested by officers from the Shouguang City Domestic Security Division on October 27, 2015. They were held in the Sunji Town Police Station but are home now.

4. [Xingyang City, Henan Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

Shi Guobin, head of the Xingyang City Domestic Security Division, and officers from the Xingyang City 610 Office and Jingchenglu Police Station broke into Ms. Jing Xiuqin's home and ransacked it on October 29, 2015. They arrested Ms. Jing, Ms. Su Bianjing, Ms. Shuan Ling, Ms. Zhang Xianmei, Ms. Duan Yueying, Ms. Qin Xirong, Ms. Wang Aixian, and Mr. Li, who were studying the Falun Gong teachings. Ms. Duan, 80, was released that night. The other seven are being held in the Jingchenglu Police Station.

5. [Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province] Four Practitioners Held in Brainwashing Center

On October 30, 2015, the Yingtan City 610 Office set up a brainwashing center to try to "transform" Falun Gong practitioners. Ms. Liu Yunfang, Ms. Yang Fuyun, Mr. Ai Guoxian, and Ms. Yu Yuqiong are being held there.

6. [Chongqing] Ms. Li Gongqin Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Li Gongqin was taken to the Ronglong Town Brainwashing Center in Rongchang County on October 29, 2015.

7. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Xifeng Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Guo Xifeng, 60, from Anqiu City was arrested by Hu Shaoqun and other officers from the Anqiu City 610 Office on October 29, 2015. She is now in the Liujiayao Brainwashing Center.

8. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Gu Guiyan Arrested

Chen Jingcheng and other officers from the Lanjia Police Station arrested Ms. Gu Guiyan on the morning of October 26, 2015. She was taken to the Lanjia Police Station and released the same day.

9. [Feicheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Changyin Arrested

Mr. Gao Changyin was arrested by officers from the Public Security Division, Bureau of Mining Affairs on October 29, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.

10. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Yang Cuiling Detained

Ms. Yang Cuiling from Bairin Left Banner was arrested on the morning of October 30, 2015. She is held in the Tianshan Detention Center, Ar Horqin Banner.

11. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ma Chunxia Arrested

Ms. Ma Chunxia was arrested by officers from the Chaoyang Township Police Station, Zhaozhou County, on October 30, 2015. She has yet to return home.

12. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhu Zhinong Detained

Mr. Zhu Zhinong from the Shunqing District was followed and arrested by officers from the Shunqing District Domestic Security Division when he was making truth-clarification phone calls on the afternoon of October 9, 2015. The officers ransacked his home. Mr. Zhu was taken to the Nanchong City Detention Center.

13. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhang Shumin Arrested

Ms. Zhang Shumin from Bangjun Town, Ji County, was arrested on October 26, 2015, by officers from the Ji County 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a printer, and other personal items.

14. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Chen Shufen Arrested

Ms. Chen Shufen was arrested at the home of Ms. Yin Shuxian, 80, by officers from the Faku County Domestic Security Division on October 30, 2015.

15. [Zunyi City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhao San and Ms. Xie Fen Detained

Ms. Zhao San and Ms. Xie Fen from Tucheng Town, Xishui County, both filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. They were arrested on October 30, 2015, and are now in the Xishui Detention Center.

16. [Zaoyang City, Hubei Province] Over 20 Practitioners Detained

On October 26 and 27, officers from the Zaoyang City Police Department and police station in different regions arrested over 20 practitioners, including Ms. Liu Li, Ms. Kui Junbo, Ms. Xie Shuqin, and Ms. Wen Xianhua. They were detained in the No. 2 Detention Center for 15 days.

17. [Jiyuan City, Henan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhai Jiaxiang, Mr. Xie Zhimin, Mr. Niu Yingxian, Mr. Niu Xiaoping, Mr. Zhai Fusheng, Mr. Jia Guolong, Ms. Li Xiaoxiu, Mr. Wang Wei, and other practitioners were arrested on October 28, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

18. [Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Xu Juan and Ms. Yue Liqun Arrested

Ms. Yue Liqun was arrested and taken to an underwear shop in the Dongfang Shopping Plaza by police on the morning of October 29, 2015. The officers forced open the door and confiscated personal items. Her whereabouts are unknown.

19. [Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Xu Fangjiao and Ms. Miao Ying Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Xu Fangjiao and Ms. Miao Ying were arrested and taken to the Xinchang Brainwashing Center on October 23, 2015.

20. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Gao Jie from Shengli Township, Kangping County, was arrested on the evening of October 30, 2015, by Zhou Zhi, director of the Shengli Township Police Station, and other officers for suing Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the Shenyang Detention Center for five days of detention.

At the same time, officers from the Zhenbei Police Station in Kangping County arrested Ms. Wang Hongying. She was released that night.

Mr. Yang Zhenyu from Erniu Township, Kangping County, was arrested on the morning of October 31, 2015, by officers from the Erniu Township Police Station and the director for suing Jiang Zemin. He was taken to the Faku County Detention Center for five days of detention.

21. [Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Huang Shengkui, Mr. Liu Jianping, and Ms. Liu Cuirong, who had been detained for 13 months, were put on trial in the Weiyuan County Court on the morning of August 3, 2015. Mr. Liu was sentenced to eight years in prison, and Mr. Huang and Ms. Lu were each sentenced to five years. The three have appealed their illegal sentences to the Neijiang City Intermediate Court.

22. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Chunru's Home Ransacked

Police officers broke into Ms. Wu Chunru's home and ransacked it again on October 27, 2015. They confiscated Falun Dafa books, an MP3, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and Shen Yun DVDs. They took fingerprints from Ms. Wu and her 92-year-old mother against their will.

23. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xiao Yujun Detained

Mr. Xiao Yujun from Tanbu Town, Mengyin County, was arrested by officers from the Jiuzhai Township Police Station, Mengyin County, on October 26, 2015. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. Mr. Xiao is in the Mengyin Detention Center.

24. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Hu Shengchen and Wife Taken to Brainwashing Center

Officers from the Yushu City 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Hu Shengchen and his wife, from Xiadapo Town, on October 26, 2015. The couple were taken to the brainwashing center in the Yushu City Economic Commission Boarding House.

25. [Laiyang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xing Liang and Mother Detained

Ms. Xing Liang and her mother were arrested recently for suing Jiang Zemin. The police ransacked their home and confiscated a computer and cellphones. Both practitioners are now in the Laiyang City Detention Center.

26. [Guangling County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Tian Jin'e Taken to Labor Camp

Ms. Tian Jin'e was arrested by officers from the Guangling County Domestic Security Division recently. She was taken to the Taiyuan Women's Labor Camp.

27. [Xiantao City, Hubei Province] Mr. Mao Yiqiang Arrested

Mr. Mao Yiqiang from Maochang Township, was arrested at home by Deng Zuo and other officers from the Sanfutan Police Station on the morning of October 30, 2015.

28. [Tianjin] Ms. Song Xiaoxia Arrested

Officers from the Dasi Town Police Station, Xiqing District, arrested Ms. Song Xiaoxia from Dasi Town, on October 30, 2015, when they asked her to verify her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin.

29. [Longde County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Ms. Wang Ying Harassed

Ms. Wang Ying, who works at the Longde County Health and Family Planning Bureau, received a phone call from Wang Shengqiang, an officer from the Longde County Political Security Section, on October 30, 2015. He told her to come to the police department. Several officers held her arm down and took blood samples from her finger. The officers also confiscated a printer and a computer.

30. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Sun Jing, her husband Mr. Sun Beichen, and Ms. Zhang from Changxing Village in the Zhoucun District were arrested by officers from the Qingnianlu Police Station in the Zhoucun District on the morning of October 20, 2015. The officers confiscated computers and other personal items. Mr. Sun is now in the Dazhuang Detention Center in the Zhoucun District. Ms. Sun and Ms. Zhang are being held in the Fujia Detention Center in the Zhangdian District.

31. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Wu Tingyuan and Ms. Wu Chuanmei Arrested

Mr. Wu Tingyuan, 64, was arrested by officers from the Changzhou City Domestic Security Division and the 610 Office on October 17, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Wu Chuanmei, 59, was arrested on October 18, 2015. She is in a detention center.

32. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Liu Yubao Detained

Mr. Liu Yubao was arrested by Zhang Wenxue, head of the Lankao County Domestic Security Division, and other officers on October 12, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong. He is held in the Lankao County Detention Center.

33. [Bozhou City, Anhui Province] Ms. Li Dongmei in Critical Condition

Ms. Li Dongmei from Jiaodong Town in the Jiaocheng District was arrested on September 22, 2013. She is being held in the Bozhou City Detention Center. She was tortured by Shi Xinmin and other officers from the Bozhou City Domestic Security Division and now cannot take care of herself. The detention center guards gave her injections against her will. Ms. Li developed stomach atrophy, stomach bleeding, and vomiting. She is now in critical condition.

34. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Jianzigu Police Station arrested Ms. Ren Wenlan at home on October 27, 2015. Ms. Liu Dazhen was arrested at work, and Ms. Guo Li was arrested by officers from the Jianshejie Police Station.

Ms. Ren and Ms. Liu were detained for seven days.

Officers from the Fenxi County Police Department and the Duizhu Police Station arrested Mr. Cui Guangfu from Xiazhuang Village, Duizhu Town, on October 30, 2015. They confiscated all his Falun Dafa books and printed materials. Mr. Cui has filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Liu Yufeng from Lujiagou Village, Xiaomenjia Town, Penglai City, was arrested by Xiaomenjia Town Police Station officers on October 26, 2015. She is detained.

38. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gong Yunhong and Ms. Sun Shuyan Detained

Ms. Gong Yunhong and Ms. Sun Shuyan were arrested by officers from the Longmen Police Station, Laiyang City, on the morning of October 29, 2015. Their homes were ransacked. Both women are being held in the Laiyang City Detention Center.

39. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Several practitioners were recently arrested and taken to a detention center for suing Jiang Zemin. Ms. Yuan Li was arrested by officers from the Heping Police Station in the Zhangdian District. Mr. Meng Fande, Ms. Han Keyun, and Ms. Li Shuhui were arrested by police officers from the Zhangdian District. Ms. Fan Liqin was arrested at home.

40. [Xinzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Ermao Detained

Ms. Wang Ermao, who works at the Xinzhou City Electric Power Bureau, was arrested at work by officers from the Boming Police Station on the afternoon of October 27, 2015. She was detained in the Xinzhou City Detention Center for one week.

41. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Mr. Zhang Zhaofu, Ms. Xu Cuiqing, and Ms. Wang Jianying from Jushangou Village, Xiaomenjia Town, Penglai Town, were arrested and detained by officers from the Xiaomenjia Town Police Station on October 23, 2015.

42. [Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Wang Yonghe, Ms. Wu Chunfeng, Ms. Chen Xiufeng, Ms. Han Suxian, Ms. Dai Shuli, Ms. Dong Yufeng, Ms. Dong Yuqin, and Ms. Zhang Xiufang from Dongfeng County were arrested on October 30, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Zhang Jun and Ms. Zhu Lianxiu were arrested on October 30, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong.

44. [Chongqing] Ms. Yan Huiru and Husband Arrested

Ms. Yan Huiru and her husband were arrested on October 29, 2015.

45. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cui Yuling and Ms. Zhang Lizhen Arrested

Ms. Cui Yuling and Ms. Zhang Lizhen from Linqing City were arrested at Ms. Cui's home by Li Jianjun, director of the Qingnian Police Station, and other officers on the afternoon of October 23, 2015. The officers confiscated a computer, a printer, and other items. Ms. Zhang was released that day. Ms. Cui is detained in the Linqing Detention Center.

On the morning of October 28, 2015, Huang Jian, head of the Bairin Left Banner Domestic Security Division, and other officers showed up at Mr. Ma Honghui's home to verify the lawsuit he filed against Jiang Zemin. Mr. Ma was arrested and detained for five days.

Mr. Gu Rongfeng was reported for telling people about Falun Gong and helping people quit the Chinese Communist Party's three organizations on the afternoon of September 8, 2015. He was arrested and taken to the Mudu Town Police Station by officers from the 110 Response Unit. He was interrogated. He was taken to the Suzhou Detention Center while handcuffed. He was released six days later.
