(Minghui.org) “I am from Changchun, Jilin Province, China. I am proud that Master Li is from Changchun, my hometown! Thank you,” said a young man, who quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) next to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, to a volunteer on October 2, 2015, before he boarded his tour bus.
Hundreds, and sometimes thousands of Chinese tourists visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris every day. Volunteers with the Global Service Center to Quit the CCP are often nearby to encourage them to withdraw from the Party. Many tourists take informational newspapers and renounce the CCP.

On October 2, 2015, a volunteer saw over ten tourists standing next to a bus, and went over to talk with them about Falun Gong. When the volunteer asked a young man if he had ever joined the Party, the man replied, “I am a Party member. Why should I quit?”
The volunteer explained, “The CCP has killed more than 80 million people since it seized power in 1949. That's more than all who died in the two world wars. Whoever does evil will ultimately meet with karmic retribution. You made an oath to work for the Party for your entire life, so you are a part of it. If you don't quit, you will go down with it when it collapses. By quitting, your will have a safe future. Let me give you a pseudonym 'Peace' to quit it. Do you agree?”
The young man answered, “I understand now. The CCP is really bad. I hate it. I will use my real name to quit!” The volunteer helped him withdraw from the Party, and told him, “Good luck.”
A total of six people quit the Party and its affiliated organizations using their real names.
Those six grabbed several others and asked the volunteer to help them quit, too. After the volunteer explained why they should withdraw from the Party, they all quit using pseudonyms and expressed their appreciation to the volunteer.
