(Minghui.org) My memory of breaking through China's Great Internet Firewall (the Chinese Communist Party's censoring of the Internet) for the first time is still vivid, as I was finally able to see Master's picture on the Minghui website. It seemed as though he was watching thousands of disciples in China who were breaking through China's Internet firewall. I was so excited that I broke into tears. With hands pressed together in front of my chest I said, “Thank you, Master! Greetings!”
Ever since then, I have been able to elevate after reading sharing articles by fellow practitioners, which have helped me tremendously. I have also typed up my understandings about cultivation, and submitted them to the Minghui website. Visiting Minghui has become an integral part of my daily cultivation.
With Master's enlightenment and fellow practitioners' help, many elderly practitioners are now able to use technology to fulfill their missions of validating the Fa. Those who initially thought it was impossible to access Minghui now regret that they didn't try earlier.
Actually, eliminating attachments, including fear, is part of our cultivation. Some fellow practitioners, including some coordinators, haven't realized how important it is to eliminate this attachment. They are blocked by their own notions, and may have influenced other practitioners. Some felt that they lost face when sickness karma seemed to appear, and others have even lost their lives. I feel very sorry for them.
If some practitioners believe it isn't necessary for elderly practitioners to learn how to use technology, as long as we give them content to view ourselves, we would be leaving an excuse for the old forces to block access to the Internet. Master would be happy to see more of his disciples able to access the Minghui website. Master has said many times that he would wait to hear good news from us. Isn't accessing Minghui a piece of good news that Master has been looking forward to hearing about?
Master has arranged this opportunity for us. Computers, Internet access, and anti-censorship software are readily available. All fellow practitioners, regardless of age, should work together to break through the Internet censorship!
