(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 7 cities or counties in 5 provinces. According to this report, 4 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 7 practitioners were illegally arrested .

1. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Tian Qiuxia Arrested

Ms. Tian Qiuxia was arrested by personnel from the Yuhua Road Police Station on the afternoon of March 3, 2014. Ms. Tian's home was ransacked, and the police took away her computer, printer, and Dafa books.

2. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Chen Cuihua, Mr. Zhang Qilin, and Ms. Zhang Xiurong were arrested by personnel from the Kaixuan Road Police Station on the morning of March 3, 2014. Mr. Zhang Qilin and Ms. Zhang Xiurong were released. Ms. Chen is being held in the Suining City Detention Center.

3. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Jinrong Arrested

Ms. Wang Jinrong, from Bawuba Farm, Heilongjiang, was arrested by officers from the Farm Police Department on the morning of March 4, 2014 for telling people about Falun Gong. She is now being held in the police department.

4. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Lu Changying and Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Lu Changying, Ms. Deng Guiying and other practitioners were arrested at Maguohe Town, Xundian County on the morning of February 23, 2014 for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. Officers from the Wangjia Village Police Station made the arrest.

5. [Beijing] Ms. Tan Xiumei and Her Son Mr. Jiang Yujian Arrested

Ms. Tan Xiumei and her son Mr. Jiang Yujian, from Daqing City, Heilongjiang, were arrested in the Caoyang District for telling people about Falun Gong in Beijing. They are now being held in Beijing.

6. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Hongyan Held in Brainwashing Center

Ms. Li Hongyan, from the Xincheng Gold Mine, was arrested by the 610 Office officers on March 3, 2014. She is being held in the Dianzi Brainwashing Center.

7. [Ningjin County, Hebei Province] Zhang Liuliu Detained

Ms. Zhang Liuliu, from Qingshantou Village, Jichang Township, was arrested by personnel from the Ningjin County Domestic Security Division for distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs. The police ransacked her home. She is now being held in the Xingtai City No.1 Detention Center.
