Solemn Declaration
I started practicing Falun Dafa at the end of 1998. All of my illnesses disappeared thereafter, and I experienced the miracles of Dafa. I was illegally arrested in July 2004 and held at a detention center for 15 days. Ten days after I returned home, I was forced to attend a brainwashing session, which was held at a “reform” school, for 19 days.
After listening to those evil theories, I deviated from Dafa. I turned in my Dafa books, gave out names of fellow practitioners, and said many things that are disrespectful to Dafa and Teacher. I also raised my hand and vowed that “I will not practice.” After I returned home, government officials came to my home several times. I signed their papers because of my fear. I later realized my mistakes with the help of other practitioners and lots of Fa study.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I will make up for the loss I caused to Dafa and be steadfast in practicing Dafa.”

Solemn Declaration
After the communist regime launched the persecution of Falun Dafa on July 20, 1999, my home was ransacked by officers from the city 610 Office and the local police station. They confiscated all of my Dafa books and truth clarification materials. I was taken to a brainwashing center. I compromised amidst the tribulations and wrote the three statements to renounce my belief.
I will do things according to the requirements of Dafa, be strict with my every thought, believe Teacher and Dafa, and do the three things well.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I will make up for the loss I caused to Dafa and be steadfast in practicing Dafa.”
