1. [Wuzhong, Ningxia] Mr. Luo Xinping and Ms. Mo Ping Arrested
Mr. Luo Xinping and Ms. Mo Ping were arrested at noon on February 26, 2013 by officers from the Minsheng Police Station while they were talking to people about Falun Gong. They were sent to the Wuzhong Lockup Center for 14 days. During her arrest, Ms. Mo was beaten by the police.

2. [Kunming, Yunnan Province] Mr. Han Zhenkun and Ms. Guo Juan Persecuted
Mr. Han Zhenkun, 45, was forced to resign from his workplace in 2003 because he practices Falun Gong. On April 23, 2004, domestic security officers from the Wuha Police Department searched Mr. Han's home and arrested him and his wife, Guo Juan. The couple was detained in the Wuha District Detention Center in Kunming. On August 24, 2004, the Kunming Intermediate Court sentenced Mr. Han to seven years in prison and Ms. Guo to three years. Mr. Han was detained in the Sixth Division of Yunnan First Prison while Ms. Guo was sent to the Yunnan Second Women's Prison.
In the prison, Mr. Han was forced to slave labor including sorting beans, assembling electronic headphone components on a production line, ironing, and other tasks. He had to work more than 12 hours every day.

4. [Shanghai] Ms. Li Gendi's Term Expired but the Detention Center Refused to Release Her
Ms. Li Gendi was sentenced to one year's forced labor. The Shanghai Forced Labor Camp refused to accept her because of her physical condition. She has been detained in the Baoshan District Detention Center. Her forced labor term has expired, but the detention center did not release her and extended the term by three months.
5. [Shifang, Sichuan Province] Ms. Gu Juecui Arrested
On the morning of February 18, 2013, Ms. Gu Juexui was arrested by officers from the Shigu Town Police Station while she was talking to people about Falun Gong in Shigu Town. Afterwards, she was sent to the Shifang Lockup Center. The police also took away the Falun Gong informational materials that she had with her.
