(Minghui.org) I stepped onto the path of Falun Dafa cultivation early in 1999, changing my fate, as well as that of my entire family. Therefore, my entire family thanks Teacher and Falun Dafa from the bottom of our hearts.
With this experience sharing article, I hope to awaken people's conscience that got lost because of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) propaganda.
Before practicing Falun Dafa, my wife was unhealthy, suffering from myocarditis, cervical bone hyperplasia, and other diseases. I suffered from severe hepatitis B and spent almost 10,000 yuan annually on treatment. Because of my illness, I lost my job while in the hospital, and my family was having financial difficulties.
I felt that although I seemed destined to have a short life, I must fight my fate. I needed to save some money for my family, so despite being ill I kept working, spending over 10,000 yuan on medicines in the hopes of curing my hepatitis B.
Despite being an atheist, whose mind was poisoned from many years of CCP indoctrination, I looked for help in temples, burned incense, and kowtowed to the gods above. I asked for blessings from the deities to obtain some spiritual comfort, but not for the relief of my own pain. Yet, my temper worsened, losing any happiness I could have experienced.
Saved from Misery by Falun Dafa
In early 1999, a neighbor gave my wife the book Zhuan Falun, the main book of the Falun Dafa spiritual practice. She felt very good after reading the book and asked me to read it. It took me two evenings to read the entire book. We decided to step onto the Falun Dafa cultivation path. My wife learned the exercises and I learned them from her. We subsequently studied the Fa and practiced the exercises every evening.
About ten days into the practice, I had continuous diarrhea for several days. I didn't believe that I would have the energy to go to work, but just the opposite happened. I went to work, walked faster than ever before, and my liver no longer hurt. My face turned ruddy and healthy. Everyone knows that hepatitis B is incurable, yet I returned to full health after practicing Falun Dafa for less than a month, and was filled with energy! I thanked Teacher over and over again with tears in my eyes. How could I ever repay Teacher's great compassion!
Teacher not only saved my life, but also opened my wisdom, allowing me to continuously raise my level and my understanding of the Fa.
Living by the Falun Dafa Principles Saves Corporations from Collapse
During the early years of cultivating Falun Dafa, I served as general manager of a restructured co-op, which was a jointly owned commercial enterprise. I lived by the Falun Dafa principles and thus was able to increase the productivity of the co-op, bringing it back from the brink of collapse. The employees didn't lose their jobs, and we were able to hire more people.
After a few years, the firm became prosperous and developed a well-known brand. Its output value exceeded ten times what it was when I took over the helm. The employees gained by getting paid well and earning bonuses.
It is no secret that in the Chinese Communist system, it is very difficult to find officials who are not corrupt and greedy. My enterprise has no such people. In this materialistic modern society, there is only one pure land—Falun Dafa.
As my former workplace, a holding company, had serious financial problems, and the workers who hadn't received any wages appealed to upper level officials, calling for management changes, I was transferred back to that company as their leader.
I implemented the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and within a year the firm's outlook improved. The workers were compensated well, and also received bonuses.
Falun Dafa Gives Wisdom and Competence
I am fully aware that Falun Dafa gave me the wisdom and competence to save these companies from collapse. Without Falun Dafa I might have passed away.
If I had not began cultivating Falun Dafa and benefited from Teacher's guidance, I would still be selfish and would not have become unselfish and selfless. My colleagues saw the beauty and purity of Falun Dafa, and many of them withdrew from the CCP and its affiliates.
Hopefully, all good people will learn to believe in the goodness of Falun Dafa and quit organizations run by the CCP as soon as possible for the sake of selecting a beautiful future for themselves and their families.
