(Minghui.org) Mr. Lou Wei, a young teacher at Huayu School in the Gaoxin District, of Anshan City, Liaoning Province, was told by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials on July 6, 2012 at his school, to pick up some materials from the Department of Education. When he got there, he was arrested. After repeated questioning from Mr. Lou's parents, Song Qiuju, the CCP's Branch secretary of Huayu School, stated, "Tiedong District Department of Education sent Lou Wei to 'classes' in Shenyang.” (These are actually brainwashing sessions for Falun Gong practitioners with the goal of forcing them to give up their faith.)

On May 21 CCP officials at Huayu School ordered the teachers and students to sign an anti-Falun Gong “pledge card.” When Mr. Lou refused to sign, he was detained for 15 days. One month later, Mr. Lou was tricked into going to the Department of Education, and his situation is now unknown.

Two faculty members from Huayu School who went with Mr. Lou to the Department of Education said that on July 6, deputy director Pei of Huayun School asked Mr. Lou to go pick up materials from the Tiedong District Department of Education. After they got there, Department of Education officials said they needed to go to Shenyang to get the materials. Besides Mr. Lou, a person whose family name is Sui from the security office, an art teacher named Guan Zhong, another unidentified person, and a driver, for a total of five people, went to Shenyang.

At around 11:00 a.m. on the highway to Shenyang, Mr. Lou suddenly had severe stomach pain. The car stopped at the Jingquan service area. He got a phone call from his father and learned that his grandfather, who was very ill, wanted to see him. Mr. Lou said, “I am at the Jingquan service area. I have severe stomach pain. Please come quickly and take me home."

About noon, Mr. Luo's father rushed to Jingquan service area but saw no one there and could not reach his son by phone. A maintenance worker said he had seen a young man rolling around on the ground due to stomach pain. A man took him away, saying that he would take him to see his grandfather.

Mr. Lou's father immediately returned to Huayu School at about 2:00 p.m. to ask about his son. The two persons who had gone with Mr. Lou said that he had had a stomachache and the car stopped at the service area. A few minutes later, three men came over to pick him up. Mr. Lou ran away from them. When they were asked whether the police went after the three men, they said the police did not do anything. The three men had come to take Lou Wei to the brainwashing center.

There was still no information about Lou Wei on the morning of July 7. After repeated questions from Mr. Lou's parents, Song Qiuju had to admit that the Tiedong District Department of Education had arranged to take Mr. Lou Wei to the Shenyang brainwashing center, and they did not want him taken directly from the school. They were afraid of the impact. Back in May, Mr. Lou had refused to sign a “pledge card.” He had resisted arrest and shouted, "Falun Dafa is good," which was heard by all the teachers and students. They were afraid of this happening again, so they sent him away. When she was asked why she did not tell Lou Wei's parents, she lied, saying that she would call them after he arrived at the center.

Back on October 27, 2006, Lou Wei was arrested by the CCP in the school and sent to a labor camp for one year.
