On the night of April 23, Li County Police Department officials in Hebei Province, officers from the Domestic Security Division, the Li County 610 Office and police stations arrested four practitioners from Xinxing Town, including Mr. Xie Aman, Mr. Wu Ruixiang, and Mr. Li Baoheng.

2. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zou Wenxiang Arrested

Agents from the 610 Office arrested Mr. Zou Wenxiang, 74 years old, from Xigouzi Village, Biguo Town. He was taken to the Zhaoyuan Brainwashing Center.

3. [Chongqing] Ms. Jiang Renbi and Her Family Harassed and Persecuted

On the afternoon of April 18, officers from the Beibei Police Department ransacked Ms. Jiang Renbi's home and took away Dafa books and materials. Ms. Jiang decided to leave her home.

Ms. Jiang's son Mr. Yan Dong was arrested in mid-March, 2012, and his whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Wang Fengsen is from Hanshiqiao Village in the Shunyi District. On April 12, 2012, Shunyi Domestic Security Division agents, agents from the 610 Office, and Hanshiqiao Village Security agents broke into his home and arrested him. They took away Dafa books, Dafa informational materials and a satellite dish.

5. [Beijing] Persecution of Mr. Li Wanqing

Mr. Li Wanqing from Beijing has been sent to forced labor camps five times since 2000. Mr. Li was arrested again at the end of 2011 and sent to the Xinan Forced Labor Camp in Beijing for two years and six months.

6. [Beijing] Additional Information Regarding Mr. Sun Baoliang's Arrest

Mr. Sun Baoliang from Sijiqing, the Haidian District was arrested on April 18 and detained in the Haidian Police Department.

7. [Harbin] Ms. Zhao Jinxiang Arrested

Ms. Zhao Jinxiang from the Daowai District was distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs and talking to people about Falun Gong in the afternoon of April 20. Officers from the Lihua Police Station arrested her and ransacked her home.

8. [Tianshui, Gansu Province] Ms. Liu Enfeng's Home Ransacked

Ms. Liu Enfeng from the Qinzhou District is 72 years old. Agents including Liu Suwen from the Qinzhou District Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Liu's home and took away 14 Dafa books, including Zhuan Falun, and some truth-clarification CDs.

Perpetrators from the 610 Office and Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Liu Zhi and Mr. Wang Kai's wife from Paifang Village, Beishifo Township on April 23.

10. [Zoucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Meng Zhaofu from the Beisu Coal Mining Group Yankuang, Inc. Arrested from His Home on April 23

Plainclothes police agents arrested Ms. Hou at noon on April 25. She is currently held in the Xisantiao Police Station.

12. [Linze County, Gansu Province] Additional Information Regarding Ms. Li Yamin's Incarceration in a Forced Labor Camp

Ms. Li Yamin, a middle school teacher from Linze County, is 50 years old. Linze County Police Department agents arrested her in August 2011 and sent her to the Gansu Province Women's Forced Labor Camp in September 2011.

Nanjie Police Station officials arrested Ms. Wang Liying at her restaurant in the afternoon of April 23. They also arrested Ms. Zhang Zichen.

Yuncheng County police officers recently went to Chenlichang Village and arrested Ms. Jiang Huaizhen, Mr. Zhang Guangming and Ms. Jiang Yuwen. The officers took away Falun Gong books, computers, printers, televisions and 20,000 yuan in cash.

16. [Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Dou Changying Detained for Two Years

Dongfa Township Police Station officers arrested Mr. Dou Changying from Xinfatun, Dongfa Township on April 28, 2010 and sentenced him to five years of imprisonment in 2011, to be served at the Hulan Prison in Heilongjiang Province.

17. [Shenzhen, Guangdong Province] Mr. Deng Hui Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center

Mr. Deng Hui's two-year term in a forced labor camp was up on April 18. Upon his release from the labor camp, he was sent to Shenzhen Brainwashing Center right away.

18. [Baoding, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Hexin and Ms. Zhang Fuzhen Arrested

Officers from the Gaoqiao Police Station arrested Mr. Zhang Hexin and Ms. Zhang Fuzhen the afternoon of April 23. They are currently held at the Gaoqiao Police Station.

20. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Ya Arrested

Officers from the Xisantiao Police Station and the Kuangcheng Police Department arrested Ms. Wang Yi on the afternoon of April 23. They released her at noon on April 24.

22. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Lu Junmei and Mr. Zhao Zhirong Arrested

Ms. Lu Junmei and Mr. Zhao Zhirong from Zhaizi Village, Dule Township were arrested from their home. Police from the Dule Township Police Station made the arrest on April 24. The practitioners' homes were ransacked.

23. [Fushun, Liaoning Province] Xintun Police Station Agents Arrest Ms. Zhao Yulan

Ms. Zhao Yulan is 72 years old. While she was talking to people about Falun Gong in the Xintun area on March 26, officers from the Xintun Police Station arrested her and ransacked her home that same day. She is now being held in the Nangou Detention Center.

24. [Beijing] Mr. Xu Shuxian and Ms. Cheng Jinxiu Arrested

Mr. Xu Shuxian and Ms. Cheng Jinxiu from Yongning Town, Yanqing County were arrested on April 18 while talking to people about Falun Gong. Their home was ransacked. Mr. Xu Shuxian didn't pass a physical exam for incarceration and was released that same day. Ms. Cheng Jinxiu is being held in the Changping Detention Center.

25. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Additional Information Regarding Ms. Sun Guifeng's Arrest

While Ms. Sun Guifeng from Dalian was talking to people about Falun Gong in Fushun on the afternoon of April 23, Shuncheng District police arrested her. Ms. Sun was sent to Nangou Detention Center in Fushun on the afternoon of April 25.

26. [Tonghua, Jilin Province] Mr. Du Guolin Brutally Tortured at the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Du Guolin is currently being held in the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. To protest his illegal detention, he refused to wear the prison uniform. Dongchang Domestic Security Division head Jing Guiquan and deputy head Tian Yuenan tortured Mr. Du brutally on April 21, 2011. Mr. Du lost several teeth and his spine was injured.
