1. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Hu Zhehui's Life Is in Danger As a Result of Physical Abuse and Torture in Shenyang Women's Prison

Ms. Hu Zhehui was born in 1965 and lived in Xinglong Street, the Xinglongtai District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. She was a former official at the Liaohe Oil Field. She is currently being held in Ward No. 1 in Shenyang Women's Prison. She was sentenced to 14 years in prison, and there are still 7 years remaining in her term. Her life is in danger.

2. [Changtu, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Yachun and Ms. Liu Yaing Held in the Beijing Women's Forced Labor Camp

Ms. Liu Yachun and Ms. Liu Yaping from Shuangmiaozi Town were arrested two years ago when they traveled to Beijing. They are currently in the Beijing Women's Forced Labor Camp.

3. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Ronghua Faces Trial

Ms. Liu Ronghua was tried a second time on the morning of December 30 at the Zhongshan Court. Ms. Liu's husband Mr. Yin Baojun was subjected to two years of forced labor on June 25, 2011. He developed cerebral thrombosis on December 23, he was unconscious and dehydrated, and not able to eat for more than ten days. Dalian Forced Labor Camp released him on medical parole. He is now at home.

4. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhao Xingyou Faces Forced Labor

Mr. Zhao Xingyou from Xuguang Village, Shuiquan Township was arrested. Shuangcheng City Police Department detained him for two weeks and reported to their superiors to subject Mr. Zhao to 15 months of forced labor.

5. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Qi Zhenming and His Wife Imprisoned

Mr. Qi Zhenming, 40, from Neizhang Village, Dingxing, was arrested at home in 2009. Dingxing police beat and kicked him, which left him with injuries all over his body, before they handcuffed him from behind and took him to the Dingxing Detention Center. He was sentenced to five years in prison. His wife was given a three-year prison term. Their one-month-old infant and schoolage child were left to be cared for by Mr. Qi's uncle and aunt. Mr. Qi and his wife are in the Mancheng Prison.

6. [Fuzhou, Fujian Province] Ms. Wang Xiuqin Is Imprisoned

Ms. Wang Xiuqin, nearly 70 years old, from the Cangshan District, was arrested on the evening of December 12, 2011. She is currently in the Fujian Province Women's Prison.

Ms. Wang was previously arrested on September 16, 2009 by officers from the Fuzhou Domestic Security Division. She was later sentenced to three years in prison with five years of probation. She was released in September 2010.

7. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Su Transferred to the Qingling Detention Center in Wuchang

Mr. Zhang Su, Mr. Zhang Weijie and Mr. Xiong Weiming were transferred from the Wuhan No. 2 Detention Center to the Qingling Detention Center in Wuchang on December 22, 2011.

8. [Fengcheng, Liaoning Province] Update on the Arrest of Mr. Gao Guangjun

Security head Zhang Zhongxiang and others from Renmin Village, Simenzi Town went to Ms. Li Yueqin's home on the afternoon of December 26, 2011. They took Falun Gong books, a satellite dish, and other personal belongings. They arrested Ms. Ma Shulan and her son Mr. Gao Guangjun. Ms. Ma was released around 1:00 a.m., and Mr. Gao was held in the Simenzi Town Police Station.

Mr. Chu Yugui was arrested on the evening of December 20, 2011 by officers from the Shuilu Police Station in Zhushan County. He is currently in the police station.

10. [Xuchang, Henan Province] Ms. Feng Jianhua Held in Xinxiang Prison

Ms. Feng Jianhua was sentenced in late December by officials at the Xuchang Court. She was taken to the Xinxiang Women's Prison.

Ms. Feng, 40, was arrested in April as she spoke with people about Falun Gong. She had been held in the Xuchang City Detention Center. She was physically weak as a result of physical abuse and mistreatment.

Ms. Feng was previously arrested on July 16, 2008 as she spoke with two middle-school students about Falun Gong. Dingzhuang Township Police Station officer Wang Changming made the arrest. Ms. Feng was later taken to the Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp in Zhengzhou City where she was held for a year.

Ms. Liu Hongying, lives in Tingliuhe Village, Tingliuhe Town. She was arrested on the morning of December 23, 2011 as she spoke with people about Falun Gong at a market in Songdaokou Town, Luannan County. Songdaokou Town Police Station officers made the arrest. She is currently in the Luannan County Detention Center.

Mr. Du Xuerui who was arrested on December 22 has been released; Ms. Liu Guizhi was taken to a detention center.

13. [Zhucheng, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Ruilan Arrested; Her Family Extorted

More than ten police officers broke into Ms. Yang Ruilan's home on the morning of December 8, 2011. They took Ms. Yang to a forced labor camp in Jinan City, but they took her back because of Ms. Yang's high blood pressure. However, Ms. Yang's family was extorted 10,000 yuan before she was released.

Mr. Gao Enhua was arrested in April 2002 by officers from the Dongwu Police Station. He was released in June 2003. Mr. Gao has been living away from home since March 2006.
