(Clearwisdom.net) Many people were out shopping on Chinese New Year’s Eve in Macau. While purchasing goods for the evening's new year celebrations, many shoppers took the opportunity to announce their withdrawal from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations at several Falun Gong information sites. A number of people picked up the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and computer software to break through the Internet blockade set up by the CCP.

The first three days of the Chinese New Year were the coldest days in Macau so far this winter. Falun Gong practitioners arrived early at the Ruins of St. Paul's to talk to the tourists about Dafa and the persecution. Though it was cold, the practitioners were very pleased to see many people announce their withdrawal from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
