1. [Jinchang City, Gansu Province] Mr. Chen Xuzhong and Two Other Practitioners Arrested
At the beginning of January 2012, three practitioners in Jinchang City were arrested. The practitioners are Mr. Chen Xuzhong, an employee of the Jinchang Supply Bureau, Ms. Yu Chenghong, an employee of the chemical plant of Jinchuan Group Ltd., and Ms. Liu Zhiping, an retiree of the power plant of Jinchuan Group Ltd.
2. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Additional Information About the Arrest of Ms. Chang Meijie
On December 30, 2011, Ms. Chang Meijie, from Nanlizhuang Village, Liushouying Town, Funing County, Qinhuangdao City, was reported and arrested while speaking with people about Falun Gong at the west gate of the Liushouying Market. She is being held at the Funing County Detention Center.
3. [Tonghua County, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Peichen Transferred to Shiling Prison
Mr. Wang Peichen was arrested on July 17, 2011, and was sentenced to four years in prison at the end of 2011. On January 5, 2012, he was taken to the No. 11 Ward of the Shiling Prison in Siping City.
4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information About the Arrest of Mr. Zhang Baoquan
On December 31, 2011, a group of officers from the Zhongshan Road Police Station, led by officer Meng Xiangli, broke into Mr. Zhang Baoquan's home and ransacked it. The officers confiscated a computer, Falun Gong books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and other personal belongings. Mr. Zhang was taken to the Xiangfang Detention Center that morning.
5. [Tianjin] Ms. Liu Xiuqing Arrested
On the morning of January 11, 2012, Ms. Liu Xiuqing, from Zhaizhuangzi Village, Taiping Town, Dagang District, Tianjin, was reported by an assistant police officer while handing out calendars that contained truth-clarifying information in Doujia Village. She was arrested and taken to the Taiping Town Police Station.

6. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Jingmin and Ms. Song Xiaoxia Sentenced to Prison
On June 22, 2010, officers from the Changhong Police Station arrested Ms. Li Jingmin and Ms. Song Xiaoxia and ransacked their homes. Ms. Li and Ms. Song were detained at the Nankai Detention Center. Ms. Li was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and Ms. Song was sentenced to four and a half years. They were taken to the Tianjin Women's Prison on November 23, 2011.

7. [Qingyun County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Chunming Held in Qingyun Detention Center
The Qingyun police recently took Ms. Zhang Chunming to the Zibo Forced Labor Camp. The camp authorities refused to admit her after she failed the physical exam. Ms. Zhang was later taken back to the Qingyun Detention Center.

8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Cai Shichang and Ms. Wang Chunxiu Detained
On January 9, 2012, Ms. Cai Shichang, from Hesheng Town, Wenjiang District, and Ms. Wang Chunxiu, from Shou'an Town, Wenjiang District, went to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center to visit a friend who is a Falun Gong practitioner and were arrested. Their homes were ransacked. They are being detained at the Yongsheng Town Detention Center in Wenjiang District.
