Many Falun Gong Practitioners from Shahe City, Hebei Province, Recently Persecuted

(Clearwisdom.net) Since the end of 2008 when Xie Jiyun was assigned to be chief of the Shahe City Police Department and Wang Jianjun took over responsibility for the Domestic Security Division, close to 90 Falun Gong practitioners in the county have been arrested . Their homes have been ransacked, and they have been forced to go to either brainwashing centers or forced labor camps. Wang Jianjun has harassed local practitioners hundreds of times. In 2010 about 30 practitioners were arrested at home or on their way to work. Most of them were sent to the Xingtai Brainwashing Center and three of them were sentenced to forced labor. The persecution continues.

Three Senior Practitioners Tried in Yushu City, Jilin Province, after Being Detained Over 100 Days
