(Clearwisdom.net) I have read Master's new article “Dafa Disciples Must Study the Fa” more than a dozen times. I really feel that Master has pushed my cultivation a huge step forward. I have been cultivating in a state of semi-enlightenment. Now I understand more. Master also taught us some Fa principles related to Shen Yun in this article. I have a new understanding about Shen Yun now. So after reading the article, I watched the Shen Yun DVD twice. I shed tears as I watched it. The inner meanings of Master's Fa and the enormous power inherent in the songs and dances of Shen Yun again deeply touched my heart.
The first time I saw the Mongolian dance, looking at the beautiful dancers on stage and the vast magnificent prairie in the backdrop, I suddenly understood the origins of the Mongolians. A live picture transcending time and space is displayed: the Mongolians are an ancient ethnic group; they are representatives of an ancient and distant colossal firmament system. They have gone through numerous hardships and passed through layers of time and space in the cosmos to finally reach the earth. On earth they endured countless hardships and created a Mongolian culture...They tell me the characteristics of their system of life, their bitterness, and their hope...At that moment, I could not hold back my tears. What a precious ethnic group! What cherished lives! What a difficult journey! That instant I understood what Master meant by “original lives.” Look around: almost all matter are ancient lives. Grass, plants, a stone, even a mote of dust is worth cherishing.
I have also seen that Dafa disciples are also representatives of massive and ancient celestial lives. Unfortunately, some practitioners did not cultivate genuinely due to their not letting go of attachments. As a result, the systems they represent will disintegrate, some even already disintegrated. It is really sad and heartbreaking. But there is no other way, because the Fa-rectification process cannot wait. It has come to “Hanging in the balance at this dangerous juncture”. (“What Does it Mean to 'Help Master Rectify the Fa'?”)
I was again shocked the second time I watched the Shen Yun performance. When I saw the Mongolian dance again, this scene appears: the lives in the system that they represent have been saved. They are so elated that they sing and dance to express their joy and gratitude after their lives have been saved. With their lives and souls they tell all the sentient beings in the cosmos about the infinite grace of Dafa and incomparable wonder of the new cosmos...While paying tribute to Dafa they run to the future of the new universe that belongs to them. How fortunate is a saved life! How wonderful and happy! Tears ran down my cheeks. Who can suppress this surge deep from the heart? Such content and scenes are not something that can be seen in anything created by everyday people.
As I continued to watch, I saw gods and sentient beings from the cosmic body I represent. They were extremely beautiful and wonderful, and they waved at me as they sang and danced, hoping that I will go back. As I watched them, I suddenly felt that my body disappeared, and there, in the incomparably huge cosmos, were only those beautiful beings manifesting themselves joyfully to celebrate and praise the mighty virtue of Dafa. At that moment, the questions that had been hidden in my heart—who am I? where am I from? how high a realm can I achieve? and what I will be in the future?—all vanished. Looking at so many beautiful and vivid lives, I became selfless. A sentence appeared in my mind: “Life is Most Precious!” These must be the true words told by Master to my pure mindset.
I suddenly gained much realization and felt myself much purer and my xinxing elevated. I understood why the old forces are so cruel and evil, and why the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the villains it controls are so ruthless. In the old universe, everyone upholds the law of formation-stasis-degeneration-destruction, and no one truly cherishes life. Especially the old forces, who tightly clutch the old laws and the old existence, view the lower beings as trash to destroy at will. This fully manifests in the CCP's persecution of Dafa disciples and deception of the world's people, which totally ignores the safety of sentient beings and the universe. Only our Master cherishes life the most. Master has weathered every form of travail and solved countless difficulties to save all sentient beings and teach the most precious and essential Fa of the universe to all, so that they may assimilate to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Master thus places lives in the highest position. No method or language can express the greatness of Master or our gratitude.
I continued to watch the performance. The beings that have been saved are using all they have to validate Dafa. Gradually they forget about self and reach the realm of selflessness. As I continued to watch the show further, I discovered that every cell in my body was activated, flashing colorful glory like the brilliant backdrop in the performance. Every cell performs Shen Yun, full of vitality and no longer incompetent.
My last notion of distinguishing life as good or bad, and my last bit of grievance towards everyday people who refuse to respond positively to truth clarification and to practitioners who are not diligent in cultivation has vanished. I know that my cultivation has progressed into a new stage, in which I will dedicate all I have to the Three Things and save sentient beings with full effort. Master told us, “The lives there are your riches” (“Dafa Disciples Must Study the Fa”); all I see now undoubtedly tells me that the grand pageant of five thousand years is about to finish, so we have to seize every opportunity to save sentient beings. I am grateful for Master's hint and the hard work of the artists of Shen Yun; I now understand that life is most precious.
