(Clearwisdom.net) On August 14, the Sanmin District, the biggest district in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, held a multicultural fair. The president of Taiwan Ma Yingjiu, local politicians, and 5000 people participated in the parade. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to perform in the parade.

It was the first time for the district government officials to hold such a fair. Thousands of local citizens watched the parade. The Falun Gong entry was led by the waist drum team. Female practitioners dressed as celestial maidens handed out truth-clarifying materials and paper lotus flowers. Spectators were happy to see Falun Gong. Many of them shouted, “Falun Dafa is good!” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!”
Other parade participants also asked for materials and paper lotus flowers. Many people asked for detailed information about the exercise sites. Falun Gong was one of the most popular groups in the parade.
