1. [Shuangcheng, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Pan Mingyu Arrested

In the early morning of July 16, 2011, police officers from the Xinxing Village Police Station, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province broke into th home of Mr. Pan Mingyue, a practitioner in Xinmin Village. They arrested him and took him to the Xinxing Village Police Station.

2. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Jingjie Arrested

On the morning of July 4, 2011, Han Yongzhan, director of the Fuyu County 610 Office, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province went to the local Bureau of Industry and Commerce and arrested practitioners Ms. Ma Yan and Ms. Sun Jingjie. Ms. Ma Yan escaped, but Ms. Sun Jingjie was taken to the Qiqihar City Brainwashing Center. Ms. Sun went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. On July 13, she was taken to Qiqihar City No. 1 Hospital.

3. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Mingke Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor

Mr. Zhang Mingke, a practitioner from Siping City, was sentenced to two years of forced labor. He is detained in the Chaoyang City Forced Labor Camp, Changchun City.

4. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Chen Hongyu and Ms. Lv Lianjie Arrested

It was reported that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials from the Tonghua City 610 Office, Jilin Province organized a brainwashing session in Tonghua City on July 11, 2011. Ms. Chen Hongyu and Ms. Lv Lianjie, practitioners from Liuhe County, Tonghua Region were taken to that brainwashing session.

5. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Ms. Du Xiuxia Arrested

On the morning of July 15, 2011, local police officers arrested Ms. Du Xiuxia, a practitioner from Huadian City, Jilin Province.

6. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Zongju, Ms. Jia Guirong and Others Detained in Brainwashing Center

Ms. Liu Zongju, Ms. Jia Guirong and other practitioners from Yongji County, Jilin Province were arrested and taken to a brainwashing center.

7. [Tianjiin City] Ms. Li Jingmin and Ms. Song Xiaoxia Arrested

On June 22, 2010, police officers from the Changhong Police Station, Nankai District, Tianjin City arrested Ms. Li Jingmin and Ms. Song Xiaoxia, practitioners from Nankai District, Tianjin City. They ransacked the homes of these two practitioners. Ms. Li and Ms. Song are still detained in the Nankai Detention Center. On March 6, 2011, they were put on trial, but no information was released.

8. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Ms. Wang Xuerong and Mr. Gao Ming Arrested

Local police officers arrested Ms. Wang Xuerong and Mr. Gao Ming, practitioners from Zhoukou City, Henan Province.

9. [Yuzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Li Meirong and Ms. Li Qiaocun Arrested

On June 26, 2011, Wang Fengtao, a policeman from the Xicheng District Police Station arrested Ms. Li Meirong and Ms. Li Qiaocun, practitioners from Yuzhou City, Henan Province when they were talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong, They had been reported to the police. On July 2, 2011, they were transferred to a detention center.

10. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Luo Yanting Arrested

Around July 11, 2011, police officers from the Maying Police Station arrested Ms. Luo Yanting, a practitioner from Baoji City, Shaanxi Province when she was on her way home from work. The police ransacked her home and confiscated her MP3. Ms. Luo Yanting's current whereabouts are unknown.

11. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Jiang Guiling Arrested

On the morning of July 8, 2011, about a dozen officials from the Qixinzhuang Town Government and police station in Sanhe City arrested Ms. Jiang Guiling at her home in Zhongtan Village. They took her to the Langfang Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Jiang Guiling has been detained and persecuted several times. On January 3, 2008, police officers arrested Ms. Jiang and took her to the detention center at the Sanhe City Police Bureau and later to the Langfang Brainwashing Center. Sixty days later, they transferred her to Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Jiang was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

12. [Chicheng County, Hebei Province] Mr. Yang Weiping Arrested

On the evening of July 11, 2011, police officers from the Chengguan Police Station arrested Mr. Yang Weiping, a practitioner from Chicheng County, Hebei Province when he was distributing information about Falun Gong. The following afternoon, police officers and officials from the Chicheng County Domestic Security Division took Mr. Yang to the Zhangjiakou City Detention Center.

On July 14, 2011, police officers arrested Zhang Yuncang and Ms. Yang Sufen, practitioners from Shenzhou City, Hebei Province.

14. [Guanghan, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Daqiong Detained in Brainwashing Center

On July 13, local police officers arrested Ms. Zhang Daqiong, a practitioner from Guanghan City, Sichuan Province and took her to the Hexing Brainwashing Center in Guanghan City.

15. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. He Shifang Arrested

On the morning of July 13, 2011, police officers from Naxi District arrested Mr. He Shifang, an elderly practitioner from Naxi District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province.

Several days earlier, police officers had gone to the home of Mr. Liu Longhui, a practitioner from Maliutuo, Naxi District. They attempted to arrest him, but failed.

On July 19, 2011, the Pingshan District Court, Benxi City, Liaoning Province put practitioner Ms. Zhang Wenjun on trial.

17. [Laixi, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Meiyu Sentenced to Prison Term

On November 2, 2010, police officers arrested Ms. Zhang Meiyu, a practitioner from Laixi City. They detained her for 15 days and then transferred her to the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao City. She has been sentenced to a three-year prison term and is detained in the Jinan Women's Prison.

18. [Chongqing City] Li Tingsu Arrested

On July 13, 2011, police officers from the Longxing Town 610 Office and the local police station arrested Ms. Li Tingsu, in her mid-sixties, a practitioner from Longxing Town, Yubei District, Chongqing City.

19. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qin Zhengxiu Arrested

Police officers arrested Ms. Qin Zhengxiu, a practitioner from Guanghan City, Sichuan Province and detained her in the Guanghan Detention Center.
