Ms. Song Chunyuan was reported and arrested while handing out pamphlets about Falun Gong on April 26, 2011. She is being held at the Tahe Detention Center. The Tahe Police Department and the Detention Center would not allow her family to visit or bring her any necessities.

Several days ago, Li Jun, chief of Domestic Security Division of Tahe Police Department, called Ms. Song's daughter to come to the police department. Li threatened her and told her not to tell anyone about the incident involving her mother.

5. [Kangping County, Liaoning Province] Many Practitioners Arrested and Home Ransacked

On the evening of June 1, 2011, a group of officers from the Development District Police Station broke into Mr. Jing Yong'an's home and took away Mr. Jing Yong'an, his wife Ms. Li Xiuhua, and their daughters, Ms. Jing Dan and Ms. Jing Ming. The police confiscated two computers, a printer and other personal belongings. Mr. Jing Yong'an is being held at the Kangping County Detention Center. Ms. Jing Dan and Ms. Li Xiuhua were sent to the Zaohua Prison. Ms. Jing Ming was released the next day.

Officers from the Xiaochengzi Town Police Station ransacked the homes of Mr. Jiang Yujiang and Mr. Liu Qiang on June 1, 2011. They arrested Mr. Jiang's wife Ms. Liu Wenyan, and Mr. Liu's wife Ms. Zeng Xiufen. Ms. Liu was released the next day, however, Mr. Jiang Yujiang was arrested. Ms. Xing Shuxia was taken away from her home on June 1, 2011. Mr. Jiang Yujiang, Ms. Zeng Xiufen and Ms. Xing Shuxia were sent to the Zhangshi Brainwashing Center in Shenyang.

Officers from the Zhenbei Police Station ransacked Mr. Wu Yuge's home on the evening of June 1, 2011. The police confiscated several printers and other personal belongings. Mr. Wu escaped the arrest.

Four officers from the Zhenbei Police Station ransacked Mr. Li Manxin's home on the evening of June 1, 2011. They didn't find anything they were looking for and left.

On June 1, 2011, Dai Yongsheng, director of Shengli Town Police Station, and instructor Song Hongbo, went to the homes of Mr. Gao Jie and Mr. Wang A'bao and harassed them.

Li Shaoju, chief of the Pulandian City Domestic Security Team, and three officers arrested Ms. Wan Jing on the afternoon of June 2, 2011. Ms. Wan was taken to the Pulandian Police Department that night.

Ms. Wu Guifen was followed while putting up posters about Falun Gong on May 22, 2011. Officers from the Bolan Police Station arrested her in front of her home. The police ransacked her home at midnight. Ms. Wu is being held in the Yaojia Detention Center.

7. [Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jiao Lin Sentenced to a Three-Year Term

Ms. Jiao Lin was sentenced to a three-year term by the Fengcheng City Court on May 30, 2011. Ms. Jiao is still being held at the Fengcheng Detention Center. Her family is requesting her release and the return of her car to the appropriate offices.

8. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Additional Information about the Arrests of Several Practitioners

Ms. Lin Liyan, Mr. Zhang Yinsen, Ms. Wang Guizhen, and Ms. Zhao Fenglan are being held in the Siping Detention Center.

Ms. Cheng Zhichun was arrested by officers from the Tiexi Police Sub-Bureau on May 13, 2011. Ms. Lu Yafang was taken from her home on the evening of May 25, 2011. They are being held at the Dongshan Brainwashing Center.

9. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhu Guomei's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Zhu Guomei, 75, lives at No.2 Jingong Street in Tiexi District. She was taken away by officers from the Xingshun Police Station while handing out pamphlets about Falun Gong at the Legou Supermarket on April 5, 2011. She was transferred to the Zhaohua Detention Center after being detained for 24 hours. The detention center refused to admit her because she did not pass the physical. She was taken back to the Xingshun Police Station. The police later ransacked her home.

Officers from the Tiexi Police Sub-Bureau, the 610 Office and the community committee later harassed Ms. Zhu. On May 26 and 27, the police went to her home and attempted to arrest her. Ms. Zhu had to leave home after her family was threatened. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Feng Had to Leave Home

Ms. Yang Feng was reported for putting up posters about Falun Gong on the afternoon of May 14, 2011. Officers from the Fengrong Police Station took her away and then ransacked her home at 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. Ms. Yang was interrogated that night. Wang Youcai, officer from 610 Office, forced her to renounce Falun Gong. Ms. Yang left her home.

11. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Shengru Taken Away

About six officers from the Xinshi District Domestic Security Team broke into Ms. Zhang Shengru's home on the afternoon of June 2, 2011. They ransacked the place and confiscated a printer and other personal belongings. Ms. Zhang was taken to the Xinshi District Domestic Security Team.

12. [Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xu Genqin Taken Away

Ms. Xu Genqin, 63, was taken away by several plainclothes officers while she was taking lunch to her mother and aunt at noon on May 31, 2011. Ms. Xu had been previously imprisoned in the Judong Women's Forced Labor Camp for one year.

13. [Yongqing County, Hebei Province] Mr. Feng Guoqing Sent to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Feng Guoqing, who lives in Houliuwuying Village, Beiguzhuang Town, Yongqing County, was arrested on the evening of April 28, 2011. He was held in the Yongqing Detention Center for a month and was recently transferred to the Langfang Brainwashing Center.

Mr. Feng's family went to Yu Lianxing, chief of Domestic Security Station, to ask that he be released. Yu refused the request and threatened them.

14. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Shulian Sentenced to One and a Half Years of Forced Labor

Officers from the Sujiadian Police Station took away Ms. Li Shulian and Ms. Wu Chunhong on the evening of May 12, 2011. Ms. Li Shulian was recently sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.

15. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Guan County 610 Office Forced All Students to Slander Falun Gong

On the morning of May 27, 2011, the Guan County 610 Office had a meeting to start another campaign of persecution against Falun Gong practitioners in the county. The opening ceremony was held at the Qingquan Middle School. More than 2,000 middle school students were forced to visit exhibits that included slanderous and fabricated information and statements that slandered Falun Gong.

16. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Zhang Jianping and Mr. Wei Xiang to Be Tried

Mr. Zhang Jianping, vice-president of South Cement Company, and Mr. Wei Xiang, are to be tried on June 14, 2011 by the 2121 Court in Xihu District Court.

Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wei were arrested by officers from the Xihu District Police Sub-Bureau while posting information about Falun Gong on November 28, 2010. Their arrest warrants were issued on December 31, 2011, by the Xihu District Procuratorate. The Xihu District Court placed their cases on file on April 13, 2011. Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wei are being held in the Hangzhou Detention Center and have been deprived of family visits.

17. [Baotou City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Zhang Shenping and Sister Ms. Zhang Jing Arrested

Ms. Zhang Shenping and her sister Ms. Zhang Jing were reported and arrested by officers from the Baotou Police Department at around 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2011.

18. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Zhang Ruqiong Tried

The Kunming Intermediate Court tried Ms. Zhang Ruqiong who is in her 70s, at 9:00 a.m. on June 1, 2011.

On the afternoon of August 27, 2011, Feng Jun and several other officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Guandu Police Sub-Bureau went to the barbershop owned by Ms. Zhang's family and took her away. These officers along with a dozen officers from the Juhuacun Police Station went to Ms. Zhang's home and ransacked it. The police confiscated Dafa books, a CD writer, CDs and other personal belongings. Ms. Zhang is being held at the Guandu Detention Center.

The police also ransacked the homes of Ms. Zhang Shuilan, Mr. Shen Zhuyou, Ms. Min Lanzhen, Mr. Han Shulin, Ms. Sun Xianxin and Ms. Li Yongbi that same day.

19. [Chongqing] Ms. Wan Hengmei and Ms. Li Yuxian Arrested

At around 11:00 a.m. on June 2, 2011, Ms. Wan Hengmei and Ms. Li Yuxian, from Yongchuan District, were arrested by officers from the Xuanhua Police Station while speaking with people about Falun Gong near Wenqu Road. Several officers ransacked Ms. Wan's home in the afternoon and two Dafa books were confiscated.

Ms. Zhang Dongying has been detained at the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center in Jianghan District for over a month. On June 1, 2011, about seven officers broke into her home and ransacked it.

Mr. Yang Guangyan was taken from his work to the Huaihua Brainwashing Center by officers from the 610 Office on June 3, 2011.

Ms. Chen Darong and Ms. Zhou Liangying were sentenced to three years and three and a half years of prison respectively, by the Dongxing District Court in Neijiang. They are being held in the Yangmahe Women's Prison in Jianyang City.

25. [Bijie City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhong Yimei Went on Trial

The Bijie City Court tried Ms. Zhong Yimei at around 9:00 a.m. on May 31, 2011. Ms. Zhong's lawyer defended her. The court session ended without a verdict.

Ms. Zhou Yufeng was arrested and has been detained in Wangmo County, Guizhou Province since May 20, 2011. Officers from the Wangmo Police Department recently called Ms. Zhou's family and told them they needed to pay 20,000 yuan before Ms. Zhou would be released.

29. [Yuanmou County, Yunnan Province] Ms. Yu Lanru Has Been Held in Wuhua District Detention Center for More Than Eight Months

Ms. Yu Lanru was reported at the Yunnan University Campus for handing out cards with information about software to penetrate the firewall, on September 17, 2011. Officers from the Yunnan University Police Division arrested her and she has been held in the Wuhua District Detention Center for more than eight months.

Ms. Yu, in her 40s, is a kindergarten teacher. She was previously detained and sentenced in 2006 for speaking with people about Falun Gong. She was held in the Yunnan Women's No. 2 Prison and subjected to brainwashing and solitary confinement.

The Shijiazhuang High-Tech Industrial Development District Court will try Mr. Zhang Bomin at 9:00 a.m. on June 8, 2011.

Mr. Zhang's wife, Ms. Wu Shuzhen, was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor last year. His son, Mr. Zhang Mao, was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

The police recently arrested and ransacked the home of Ms. Wu Lanlan. Mr. Wu had been previously detained for seven years.
