Chen Zhenming, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) secretary in Xinmin Town, and others broke into Ms. Feng Ping's home and illegally arrested her on the evening of April 7, 2011. Ms. Feng's current whereabouts is unknown.

Ms. Ge Zhenming from the Project Technique Team of the Daqing 3rd Oil Refinery Factory was arrested and taken to the Wuchang Brainwashing Center on April 14, 2011.

3. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Yunfeng Still in Custody after Being Diagnosed with Severe Heart Disease
Officer Zhang Yingduo from the Yilan County Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Wang Yunfeng, who is from Sandaogang Town in Yilan County, on April 8, 2011. Mr. Wang was diagnosed with severe heart disease when they examined him in the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Hospital, but the police refused to release him.

4. [Nanchang, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Peng Xiaohua and His Wife Arrested
Mr. Peng Xiaohua is a teacher at Jiangxi Radio and TV University. On the evening of April 9, 2011, officers from the Yichun 610 Office, police department, and Nanchang 610 Office broke into Mr. Peng's home and arrested him and his wife. Their home was also ransacked.

Agents from the 610 Office of the Railroad Transportation Section, Yanzhou Coal Mining Group, in Zoucheng seized Ms. Lu Zhilan on Aprill 7, 2011, and took her to the Wangcun Brainwashing Center.
7. [Meizhou, Guangdong Province] Mr. Tu Qingguang, Ms. He Qingxiang and Liu Tong Arrested
Mr. Tu Qingguang and his wife, Ms. He Qingxiang, from Meizhou went to visit their relatives in Qingxi Town on November 23, 2010. They were arrested while they were talking with people about Falun Gong. On November 25, the police escorted the couple back to Meizhou. While the police were ransacking their home, practitioner Liu Tong came to visit them and was arrested as well.

Officers from the Nandian Police Station in Benxi County arrested Mr. Zou Jun on April 12, 2011, and took him to Beitai Detention Center.

9. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Tie Zhijie Arrested
Daqing 610 Office and Chengfeng Police Department personnel went to Mr. Tie Zhijie's workplace on the morning of April 14, 2011. They arrested him and took him to a brainwashing center.
10. [Dehui, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Pang and Other Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Wang Pang and other practitioners were arrested at around 4:00 p.m. on April 13, 2011. Mr. Sun Jiqing and Mr. Xiao Qing were arrested on the afternoon of April 14. The police confiscated computers and other items at the practitioners' homes.
11. [Daxinganling, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Jinrong Facing Hard Labor
Officers from the Jiagedaqi Train Station arrested Ms. Wang Jinrong on March 24, 2011. She is being held at Harbin Women's Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term.
12. [Hulin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Jiangli Lost Her Home and Job Because of the Persecution
Ms. Liu Lijiang was employed at the Yingchun Forestry Bureau in Hulin City. She was illegally sentenced to eight years in prison. Her husband divorced her while she was imprisoned. After Ms. Liu was released on March 20, 2011, her employer refused to reinstate her.

13. [Shanghai] Mr. He Binggang Persecuted
Mr. He Binggang, the computer sales manager of the Wuwen Technology in the Changning District of Shanghai, was arrested on April 15, 2011, by the Changning District 610 Office and Domestic Security Division.
While in custody, Mr. He was interrogated using torture and became physically disabled. The court sent him home in March 2011. On April 7, Mr. He's family received a court notice announcing that Mr. He will be tried on April 18.

14. [Yueyang, Hunan Province] Mr. Zhou Renming Arrested
Supervisor Yang Zhaohui summoned Mr. Zhou Renming to his workplace at the southern office of the Sanitation Bureau on the morning of April 14, 2011. Yang collaborated with the 610 Office and arrested Mr. Zhou.

15. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhong Shuqin Arrested
Ms. Zhong Shuqin from Shihe Town in Puwanxinqu was arrested in her shop at around 5:00 p.m. on April 11, 2011. The police ransacked her home and confiscated more than 10,000 yuan in personal property. Ms. Zhong is currently held in the Jinnan Road Drug Rehabilitation Center in Dalian City.
16. [Fengcheng, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liang Yuncheng and Others Taken to Shenyang Prison
Mr. Liang Yuncheng, Mr. Qu Shanlin, Ms. Wu Juan, and Ms. Sun Zhongqin were sentenced to three years in prison. They were taken to the Shenyang prison area (where several prisons are located) on April 11, 2011.
17. [Linghai, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Ying Arrested
Ms. Li Ying, 50, went to Shenjiataizi to clarify the truth about Falun Gong on April 5, 2011. Officers from the Shenjiataizi Police Station arrested her and held her in the Jinzhou Detention Center for ten days. Ms. Li was later taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for a three-year term.
18. [Shandong Province] Ms. Jiao Jingmei Arrested
Ms. Jiao Jingmei from Cuijiajinggezhuang in Tonghe Town was picked up and taken to the Jinan Forced Labor Camp on August 14, 2008. Four years have passed, and no further information about her is available.
19. [Binzhou, Shandong Province] Police Ransack Ms. Liu Yanling's Home
Officers from the Domestic Security Division and Shizhong Police Station ransacked Ms. Liu Yanling's home at 10:00 a.m. on April 11, 2011. Ms. Liu managed to escape.
20. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Shaodan Tortured
When Ms. Wang Shaodan was detained in the Weifang Detention Center, police officers took her to a hotel and tortured her for two weeks. When Ms. Wang was escorted back to the detention center, she was almost unrecognizable. Later, they took her to the Jinan Women's Prison for a nine-year term.
Ms. Chen Shuqing was sentenced to seven years and taken to Jinan Women's Prison at the end of 2010.
21. [Nanchang, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Wu Jingjun Arrested
Mr. Wu Jingjun was talking to people about Falun Gong near Changbei in the afternoon on April 13, 2011. Officers from the Jiaoqiao Police Station in the Nanchang Economic Development District arrested Mr. Wu and took him to the Nanchang First Detention Center.

22. [Cangzhou, Hebei Province] Mr. Tian Jingxian Persecuted
Mr. Tian Jingxian from the Yunhe District was arrested on April 15, 2011, when he was talking with people about Falun Gong. At around noon, officers from the Yunhe District Police Department ransacked his home. Mr. Tian is now in the Cangzhou City Detention Center.
23. [Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Zhang Wei and His Wife Ms. Wang Yali Arrested
Mr. Zhang Wei and his wife, Ms. Wang Yali, were arrested and taken to the Chengbei Detention Center in Jingjiang on April 11, 2011. The police confiscated the couple's computer and other items from their home.

24. [Zunyi, Guizhou Province] Persecution in Banshan Brainwashing Center at Honghuagang
Practitioners are grossly abused in Banshan Brainwashing Center. Among the practitioners held there are Ms. Zhang Jinxia, Ms. Deng Qiaoyun (66 years old), Ms. Zhang Bangxian (70), Ms. Liu (59), Ms. Xie Zude (70), Ms. Wei Yuanzhen, Ms. Zhao Zhengshu, and Ms. Pan Yurong. The perpetrators hung up Ms. Zhao Zhengshu and her daughter, Ms. Pan Yurong, and showed them to everyone in the center. Ms. Zhao was given two years and Ms. Pan three years of hard labor. Ms. Zhao and Ms. Pan were later taken to Yang'ai Farm in Guiyang.

25. [Yilong County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Tang Xujun Facing Hard Labor
Mr. Tang Xujun was distributing truth clarification materials in the market in Biquanxiang in Rixing Town on the morning of March 30, 2011. Officers from Biquanxiang Police Station arrested him and held him in the Yilong County Detention Center. On April 14, 2011. Mr. Tang was given one and a half years of hard labor.
26. [Chongqing] Ms. Yin Sufang and Ms. Tong Huishan Arrested
Ms. Yin Sufang (in her 70s) and Ms. Tong Huishan (in her 60s) from the Shapingba District went out to clarify the truth on the morning of April 11, 2011. They were monitored and arrested by the police and officials from the residence committee. The officers ransacked their homes. Ms. Tong and Ms. Yin were released on the evening of April 11. Ms. Yin was given one year of hard labor but was allowed to serve it outside of the labor camp.
