(Clearwisdom.net) This is a true story told to me by a practitioner from Wuwei City.
This is about a woman from Tenzhu Tibetan Autonomous County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, who is more than 60 years old. After the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) began to persecute Falun Gong, she went out in public to clarify the truth, talking publicly to people about Falun Gong and the persecution. She often printed informational materials with her own money and spread them throughout the neighborhood.
Around 9:00 p.m. one October evening, while distributing Falun Gong materials, she heard the sound of footsteps approaching. She turned her head and saw a group of policemen behind her. The practitioner was very calm. She put the materials into her bag and said with righteous thoughts, “Don't bother running, you will never catch me!” She then started to walk away. After turning at an intersection, she successfully got away from the policemen and returned home safely.
Later, some chatter leaked from the police station. The policemen were discussing amongst themselves, saying, “Falun Gong is miraculous. An old lady was walking at a normal pace, but four young policemen could not catch her even though they were running. Falun Gong practitioners are really helped by divine beings. We don't want to offend the gods.” After that, the young policemen in that area no longer dared to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
