1. [Qinghai Province] Mr. Liu Qilong and Three Other Practitioners Taken to Brainwashing Center
On the morning of October 23, 2011, the Qinghai Political and Judiciary Committee ordered the police officer overseeing the community to arrest Mr. Liu Qilong. That same day, Mr. Cao Shengxiang, Mr. Ruan Zhenrui, and Mr. Li Jiancai were each arrested at their homes. They were all taken to a brainwashing facility.
Mr. Liu previously served both a six-year forced labor term and another two-year forced labor term for practicing Falun Gong.
2. [Tianmen City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wang Jiangyue Sent to Wuhan Women's Forced Labor Camp
On the morning of September 17, 2011, Ms. Wang Jiangyue, 50, was reported by a cadre of Daiwan Village, Henglin Town, Tianmen City. She was later arrested by officers from the Henglin Police Station. Ten days later, she was sent to the Wuhan City Women's Forced Labor Camp to serve a one-year term.
3. [Wuchang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wei Xinzhi Tortured in Prison
Ms. Wei Xinzhi is a teacher from Wuchang. She is being held at the Wuhan City Women's Prison located on Baofeng Road, Hankou. She was tortured when she refused to renounce Falun Gong. She was recently transferred to the No. 5 Ward.
4. [Harbin City, Helongjiang Province] Mr. Li Zhigang Sent to “Enforced Management Ward”
Ms. Li Zhigang, who was incarcerated in Hulan Prison, was recently sent to the “Enforced Management Ward” in the Hulan Prison.
5. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhuo Guibin and Mr. Song Guozhong Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Zhuo Guibin from Yi County was arrested on October 7, 2011. He was recently sent to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp to serve a one-year term. Mr. Song Guozhong was transferred to the same labor camp from a brainwashing center.
Another practitioner, Ms. Zhang Lifang, was released from the brainwashing center.
6. [Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Shang Xi Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
Ms. Shang Xi was arrested on August 16, 2011. On October 20, 2011, she was taken to the Xindian Forced Labor Camp in Taiyuan City by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Jingle County Police Department to serve a one-year term.
7. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Shi Yunxi Arrested
On October 22, 2011, Mr. Shi Yunxi from Laba Village, Taoxu Town, Mengyin County, was arrested by Mengshan Administrative Committee members.
8. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Shukun Taken to Brainwashing Center
On the morning of October 17, 2011, Officer Gao Pengqiang from the Shahe Town Political and Judiciary Committee and officers from Shahe Town Police Station went to Ms. Yang Shukun's home and took her away. They took her to the Dianzi Brainwashing Center in Laizhou City. The police also confiscated her Falun Dafa books, VCDs, and other personal belongings.
9. [Ren County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Junxiao Taken to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Zhang Junxiao from Liuli Village, Xindian Town, Ren County, was arrested by officers from the Ren County Domestic Security Team, the 610 Office, and the Xindian Town Police Station. She is being held in the Xingtai City Brainwashing Center.
10. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Seven Practitioners Incarcerated in Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Guo Kunlan, Ms. Chen Lixin, Ms. Zhang Liying, Ms. Shao Wenhui, Ms. Shao Zhiqin, Ms. Xie Xiaoying, and Mr. Yang Zhiwen are still being held in Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City. Their incarceration has lasted nearly a year thus far.
11. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yan Shoulin Sent to Forced Labor Camp
On the morning of June 29, 2011, deputy director Yi of the Dengshahe Police Station and a group of officers arrested Mr. Yan Shoulin. Mr. Yan is being held in the Dalian Forced Labor Camp and is sentenced to serve a one-year term.

12. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Wang Wulian Taken to Brainwashing Center
On the afternoon of October 24, 2011, Mr. Wang Wulian, an employee of Jiedong Coal Mine, arrived at work to find that he had been set up for arrest. He was removed from work and taken to a brainwashing center located at the Beihu District Party School.
13. [Jianyang City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhou Mao Taken to Brainwashing Center
In early September, 2011, officers from the Jiancheng Town government, the 610 Office in Jiangyang City, and the Chengxi Police Station broke into Mr. Zhou Mao's home and took him away. Mr. Zhou was taken to the Erehu Brainwashing Center in Yingjie Town, Ziyang City.
14. [Xilinhot City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Cao Jun Taken to Brainwashing Center
On the afternoon of October 26, 2011, Mr. Cao Jun, an employee of the Vegetation Protection Station of Xilin Gol Agriculture Bureau, was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center. Back in 2008, Mr. Cao was arrested, his home was ransacked, and he served a two-year forced labor term in Wuyuan Forced Labor Camp in Inner Mongolia.
15. [Danyang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wu Xiuying Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Ms. Wu Xiuying was arrested for distributing pamphlets about Falun Gong. She was tried on October 20, 2011, and the court sentenced her to three years in prison.
16. [Chongqing] Ms. Zhang Fumei Sent to Brainwashing Center
On the morning of October 20, 2011, Ms. Zhang Fumei, in her 70s, from the Jiangbei District was reported for speaking with people about Falun Gong in Huangnibang. Several officers, including Liang Shibin from the Domestic Security Division of Jiangbei District Police Sub-Bureau, arrested Ms. Zhang and took her to the Tieshanping Brainwashing Center.
17. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Tang Songfen Taken to Sanshui Brainwashing Center
On the morning of October 24, 2011, Ms. Tang Songfen from Jiaoling County, Meizhou City, was arrested by the 610 Office. She was taken to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center that afternoon.
