(Clearwisdom.net) The night before the Global Young Practitioner RTC Platform was formed, I dreamt that we finished up our last stage of preparation work for an establishment. RTC is the abbreviation for “rapid withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Service Center.” In the dream, Master talked to all of us and conscientiously did the final check on the establishment to ensure its appropriateness. He then sat cheerfully next to my daughter when He saw her sitting alone and drawing a picture. I felt ashamed that I did not persistently guide my children on the path of cultivation. After I woke up, I realized Master's compassion, as He never leaves behind any practitioner.
The establishment of the RTC Platform appeared on the surface to be a project formed by fellow practitioners. However, it had actually been arranged by Master for young practitioners, as it establishes a good cultivation environment for them. My two children, 5 and 8 years old, have begun participating in the RTC Platform in a small group. They have studied the Fa daily since the group began a week ago. I was surprised that they even made phone calls to clarify the facts to people in China on their first day.
I think that our understandings are sometimes blocked by our own notions. For example, my children were born in Japan, and did not have the environment for them to learn to speak Chinese. I assumed that they would not yet be able to help save people in China by calling them. I had planned to let my children study the Fa and gradually participate in the mission of saving sentient beings. Surprisingly, I heard some a recorded message in Chinese on the computer on the first day of the RTC Platform. The message read: “Hi Uncle, please do not persecute Dafa practitioners. The self-immolation in Tiananmen Square is a staged lie. Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” (In China, 'Uncle' is a respectful greeting to a man from the generation of one's parents). When I heard this, I was moved to tears. Those young practitioners are already on the path of saving sentient beings with such strong righteous thoughts.
Seeing my two children so focused, I listened in awe. I asked them if they liked what they were doing and told them that I would be by their side to send forth righteous thoughts while they worked. Their responses were very positive. I gave each of them a new notebook that night, and told them seriously, “This is a young Dafa practitioner's notebook. We can use it to write down short sentences first for your phone conversations, and I'll teach you how to read them in Chinese. Many children in China have lost their parents because of the persecution. When you ask the police in China to stop persecuting practitioners, you are actually helping those children as well. That's just wonderful!” After understanding the significance of their phone calls to China, they were excited and became very enthusiastic. It seemed as if their knowing sides realized that they could now carry out our their prehistoric vows to save more sentient beings.
I was surprised at the children's memory and language skills in group Fa study as they read Chinese. They would stumble through reading Hong Yin one day, then they could almost have it memorized and recited fluently the next day. They could clearly speak in Chinese nine brief sentences over the phone that they had learned only the night before. Children have few postnatally acquired notions. These young practitioners have gradually improved their skills with truth clarification work, and their Chinese pronunciation has also improved. I still need to teach my children more Chinese and write down more telephone conversation scripts for them to assist them in helping Master to rectify the Fa.
Because of this platform, these young practitioners have become more diligent in their Fa study. At their young ages, under 9 years old, they already know how to encourage each other on the path of cultivation and how to suggest more acceptable approaches in doing truth clarification work over the phone. They share their experiences and discuss improvements.
I hope that we adult practitioners do not ignore our young practitioners, even when we are busy, as they are also here for the Fa. We have a responsibility to help them on their cultivation path. The Global RTC Platform certainly welcomes every young practitioner to participate. May all young practitioners also be able to uplift and save more sentient beings!
