Additional Persecution News from China – November 3, 2011 (Part 1, 16 Reports)

(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 15 cities or counties in eight provinces. In this report, 15 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 20 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Dongguan City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Yin Zhuandi Facing Trial

The Dongguan Intermediate Court will try Mr. Yin Zhuandi on November 4, 2011. Practitioner Ms. Ahua (family name unknown) was arrested along with Mr. Yin. Her situation is unknown. Another older practitioner, who was arrested with them, has returned home.

2. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xingkai Sent to Forced Labor Camp

Ms. Wang Xingkai lives in Raoyang County, Hengshui City. She was transferred from the Hengshui City Detention Center to the Shijiazhuang City Women's Forced Labor Camp on November 1, 2011. She has been sentenced to one year of forced labor.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Wu Xiulan Arrested

Ms. Wu Xiulan lives in Dongli District. Since the persecution began in 1999, she has been sent to a forced labor camp three times. Early on the morning of October 6, 2011, she was reported while talking to people about Falun Gong, and was taken to the Xinli Village Police Station. The police ransacked her home. She was released at 2:00 p.m. that same day.

4. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Shuping Arrested

Ms. Zhang Shuping lives in Yi County. She left home to avoid being illegally arrested, and has been without a permanent home for the past ten years. She is working as a nanny in Laishui County. On the morning of October 20, 2011, she was arrested and taken from her employer's home by six to seven Domestic Security agents. She was detained at the Qingyuan County Detention Center, and deprived of family visits.

5. [Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province] Additional Information on Arrests of Multiple Practitioners

Mr. Wang Guande, Mr. Xie Zhaowang, and Ms. Ying Yujuan were arrested on October 25, 2011, along with Ms. Shi Ruilian, in her fifties, from Wuyun Town; Ms. Ding Zixing, 65, from Xinjianzhaiji Village; Ms. Xia Shuxian, in her sixties, from Dayuan Township; and Ms. Chen Chunxian, in her sixties; and Ms. Wen Ying, in her fifties, both from Xingpan Village.

6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. He Youming Arrested

Mr. He Youming lives in Longquanyi District. He is currently being detained with a seven year term in the Seventh Ward of the Yudu Prison in Chongqing.

7. [Yibin City, Sichuan Province] Three Ladies Forcibly Taken to Brainwashing Center

The Yifei Senior Center brainwashing section has detained 13 practitioners since June 2011. In late August 2011, eleven more practitioners were arrested and detained at the center. On October 26, 2011, three practitioners from the Sanjiang Factory, including Ms. Deng Jinlan, Ms. Jin Sufang, and Ms. Yang Xu, were forced into brainwashing.

8. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Jianchun Detained

Ms. Sun Jianchun was arrested on October 14, 2011, while passing out truth clarification materials. She was taken to the Zhonghanbianfang Police Station, and then transferred to the Dashan Third Detention Center that afternoon.

9. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Lu Qilan Arrested

On the morning of October 30, 2011, a group of officers from the Zhenxi Police Station arrested Ms. Lu Qilan as she walked out of the Dental Hospital. Domestic Security agent Chen Xin took her keys, and then ransacked her home. She is currently being held in a detention center.

10. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Ms. Wang Ximei Harassed

Officers from the Xifeng District Department went to Ms. Wang Ximei's home to ask for her fingerprints on October 14, 2011, but she refused to cooperate. They stayed at her home from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Ms. Wang was then taken to the police department office. The police took her photo, drew her blood, and took her fingerprints.

11. [Chongqing] Mr. Tang Jiang Arrested on the Morning of November 1, 2011

12. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Zhongyi's Home Ransacked

Mr. Wang Zhongyi lives in Kangjin Town, Hulan District. The police ransacked his home on the afternoon of November 2, 2011, took all three of his children, and confiscated some cash. Mr. Wang and his wife were not home at the time of the intrusion.

13. [Yinyi City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Early on the morning of November 1, 2011, a group of police officers led by Zhang Jingcheng, director of the Taodianzi Town Police Station, arrested Ms. Zhang Shengfen, from Fuqiazhaung Village, Taodiazi Town, Ms. Zhang Shengyan from Kangjiazhuangzi Village, and Ms. Qi Guiling from Fengtaizhuang Village.

14. [Chongqing] Mr. Fu Qiguang Arrested and Taken to Brainwashing Center on October 29, 2011

15. [Jiutai City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Lanxiang Taken to Forced Labor Camp

Ms. Wang Lanxiang is an employee of the Jiutai City Hospital. On October 11, 2011, she was forcibly taken to Xinglongshan Brainwashing Center and her home was ransacked. She was transferred from the brainwashing center to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City on October 25, 2011, and sentenced to 18 months in prison.

16. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Seven Practitioners from Qinglong County Still in Forced Labor Camps

Ms. Shao Wenhui, Ms. Shao Zhiqin, Ms. Xie Xiaoying, Ms. Chen Lixin, and Ms. Guo Kunlan are being detained in the Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Yang Zhiwen and Ms. Zhang Liying are detained in the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City. All of these practitioners have been detained for nearly one year. Ms. Zhang Liying's husband recently had surgery for a brain tumor. The family went to the camp several times to request his release, but were refused.
