Officers from the Sanjie Village Committee, the Gucheng Town Police Station, and the Dingxing County Domestic Security Division broke into Mr. Xu Qinghai's home on January 10, 2011. They arrested him and took him to an undisclosed location.

Mr. Xu Zhiyin from Guangzhou City was arrested on May 22, 2010. Officers from the Tianhe Police Department Domestic Security Division made the arrest and have held him in the Tianhe District Detention Center for more than seven months. The police submitted documents charging him to the Tianhe District Court.

6. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Ying Held in the Liaoning Province Women's Prison

Ms. Li Ying was sentenced to a ten-year prison term and is currently in the Liaoning Province Women's Prison. Her term expires on January 22, 2011.

Mr. Zhu Changming has been held in Division 9 at the Shenyang No.1 Prison following his arrest on April 22, 2002. He is placed in solitary confinement and forbidden from meeting with his family.

Mr. Zhu was illegally sentenced to 13 years in prison. His wife, Ms. Liu Mei, was also given a 13-year prison term at the same time. Ms. Liu's second older brother, Mr. Liu Zhiyun, was subjected to three years of forced labor and has been released. Ms. Liu is currently in the Elderly and Disabled Team in the Liaoning Province Women's Prison.

Mr. Zhu has been placed in solitary confinement twice following his imprisonment. Prison guards and criminal inmates have physically abused him numerous times. He was not allowed to attend his father's funeral and was not informed when his mother-in-law passed away on November 7, 2010.

They were arrested on December 30, 2010, as they distributed New Year's calendars in Yangmenda Village, Wanggang Township in the Sujiatun District. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Wan has been released, but Ms. He is still in the Zaohua Detention Center. She is on a persecution protest hunger strike. Her physical condition is unknown.
