Less than a year later, Ms. Bai was again taken to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center at 11:00 a.m. on September 15, 2010. Wenjiang District Domestic Security Division officers made the arrest.
Ms. Bai was at home preparing vegetable seeds for the autumn sowing when six plainclothes agents from the State Security Division suddenly broke in and illegally arrested her.
Ms. Bai, 62, lives in Tuqiao Village of Hesheng Town. She and practitioner Chen Jinhua went to Tiananmen Square in Beijing to appeal at 5:00 a.m. on January 19, 2000. She has been subjected to persecution since she returned to Wenjiang. Over the past 11 years, She has been held at the Hesheng Town government, the Hesheng Town Police Station, the Wenjiang District Detention Center, the Hesheng Town Brainwashing Center and the Xinjin Brainwashing Center. She was also forced to live away from her home many times to avoid being persecuted by these government officials.
