(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, many practitioners have been sharing their understandings on how to completely negate the old forces' arrangements and walk the path arranged by Master steadfastly and righteously. I saw that some practitioners indeed could not tell if they were following paths arranged by Master or if they were instead being "diligent" within the old forces' arrangement.
Master said in "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Western U.S. Fa Conference:"
"From my perspective, as your master, during the Fa-rectification I absolutely don't accept the using of this evil persecution to test Dafa disciples, and Dafa disciples shouldn't have the wrong idea that they can cultivate higher by enduring persecution. Dafa and its disciples oppose the persecution, that is Dafa disciples' duty. If you don't cultivate yourself based on the Fa, you can't cultivate higher by just enduring persecution, much less reach the standards for a Dafa disciple. Don't acknowledge this so-called 'environment' that the old forces have provided, because during the Fa-rectification I would have had all beings assimilate to Dafa, and it wasn't at all necessary to temper Dafa disciples amidst this kind of evilness. The Fa-rectification will definitely succeed, and Dafa disciples will definitely succeed. My disciples will succeed with them doing these things, and my disciples would have succeeded without them doing these things. It's only that the evil insisted on doing all this, which has interfered with the Fa-rectification, has led them to commit sins in the course of their doing evil, and has caused many beings and people, themselves included, to be weeded out. In the cosmos this factor of a-positive-comes-with-a-negative and a-pro-comes-with-a-con truly manifests."
"No matter what big things are happening, pretend nothing is going on and just go about, as usual, doing what a Dafa disciple should do. This is the path you're taking today, and this is the [legacy of] mighty virtue you are leaving." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Washington D.C. Fa Conference")
In fact, when we can keep righteous thoughts at all times, do the three things with pure minds, look inward following Master's requirements and the Fa, and improve our xinxing, everything will naturally go well and all the interference will naturally be dissolved.
Recently, I encountered some interference. On August 18 this year, my manager from work came to visit me at home with two female colleagues. It appeared that they were under pressure. Five minutes later, people from the local 610 Office showed up--with three former practitioners who had strayed from the Fa. At first I didn't want to open the door for them. I told them that my son and daughter-in-law would be home soon to make dumplings. The person from the 610 Office said that they would only stay for ten minutes. After they came in, I took out an alarm clock and said, "Look, you need to leave in ten minutes." When the person from the 610 Office was about to say something. I said, "You don't need to say anything. I know what you want to say." He then turned to one of the others who came with him and encouraged her to say something. I said, "You don't need to say anything, either. I already heard that twisted nonsense at the forced labor camp in 2001. I know what you want to say. Let me tell you, if I hadn't learned Falun Dafa, I might not be standing here today."
I told them how the police arrested me on April 17, 2007. That time, when five of us practitioners tried to leave the brainwashing center, we were all injured to some degree. I had a fractured lumbar vertebrae, a cracked rib and pelvis, a broken ankle, and an injured bladder. I was only able to go downstairs and move around after resting for two months.
My son, who is not a practitioner, said, "At the time, I went to my mom's workplace to complain. I also went and talked with the head of the 610 Office and the judicial departments. My mom was perfectly fine at home and you guys made her suffer so much. She survived that time. If anything happens to her, I will not let you hear the end of it."
We kept talking and did not give them a chance to get a word in edgewise. Later, one of the men said, "How about we leave now? They are going to make dumplings." Just like that, they left. I knew that all the evil factors were dissolved with Master's help.
In the group Fa study that afternoon, I told fellow practitioners about what had happened. One practitioner said, "Let's help by sending forth righteous thoughts and look inward to see if the other dimensions are clean." I agreed that I needed to look inward based on the Fa and according to Master's requirements, but not to search inward amidst the old forces' arrangements. What that fellow practitioner said sounded like I ought to do well within the old forces' arrangement. On the surface, this practitioner was being kind, but in fact I think she did not have a very good understanding of the Fa. I kept thinking about it after I got home and wondered how we could all improve together.
The next morning, these quotes from Zhuan Falun came to my mind:
"I am a person who dislikes fighting with others, and neither was it worth a fight with him. Whenever he brought some bad things upon me, I would just clear them up. Afterward, I would resume my lecturing."
"At the 1993 Oriental Health Expo in Beijing, he again meddled with me. Because he always committed bad deeds and interfered with my teaching of Dafa, I then eliminated him completely." (Zhuan Falun, 2000 translation)
I suddenly understood: when you keep righteous thoughts and righteous actions at all times, no one can touch you. A Dafa disciple should do whatever he or she ought to do. If there truly is interference, we can eliminate it using righteous thoughts. That's because we are Dafa disciples and the evil is nothing. We are the Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples. Compared to that, how can those evil beings putting up their last ditch struggle compare? "If thoughts are righteous, evil will collapse" ("What's to Fear," Hong Yin, Volume 2)
As Dafa disciples, we need to ask ourselves if we are walking our path well. Are we walking the path arranged by Master, cultivating in the Fa, looking inward from the Fa's perspective, getting rid of attachments and improving our xinxing? Only in this way are we real Dafa disciples. We need to negate the old forces' arrangements completely and negate all the tribulations and tests arranged by them. Do not just "do well" within their arrangements. We must be clear about this.
