Ms. Zhang's lawyers argued about four hours that the court should not issue diplomatic immunity for Jiang based on the principles of international law. The three judges asked Ms. Zhang's lawyers to submit written materials with more information on the issue within a week and allow the defendants' lawyers seven days to respond." Eleven years have passed since Jiang and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched the persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. We can clearly see that this lawsuit has passed through all sorts of difficulties created by the CCP's interference. The entire unified body of Falun Dafa practitioners in China and overseas must look at this case in Sydney from the whole picture of Fa-rectification. Bringing Jiang to trial in the human world is a heavenly duty bestowed on all disciples in order to safeguard Dafa and uphold the principle that good is rewarded with good, and evil meets with retribution. The main evildoer must be brought to justice.
As the judges make their final decision, we call on all disciples to send forth righteous thoughts to support the lawsuit.
