(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 12 cities or counties in eight provinces. As per this report, six practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 13 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zuo Xianfeng and Others Abused and Tortured at a Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zuo Xianfeng, Ms. Zhang Binfeng and Ms. Fu Hui are being subjected to persecution in the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City. Ms. Zuo's family wanted to visit her, but the camp officials denied the request.

2. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Lu Shuzhen and Ms. Wang Qinglan Arrested
Ms. Lu Shuzhen, in her fifties, from Fengman District, was arrested at home on the evening of July 16, 2010. She is in the Shahezi Brainwashing Center in the Chuanying District.
Ms. Wang Qinglan, about 50, from the Yaolingzi Division, Fengman District, was arrested while working in a field around 5:30 p.m. on July 17, 2010. Participating in the arrest were agents from the Jilin City 610 Office, along with officers from the Jilin City Police Department and from the Huashan Road Police Station. They took Ms. Wang to the Shahezi Brainwashing Center in Chuanying District.
3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Xi'e Held in Weizigou Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Liu Xi'e, 61, lives in Yushu Village, Xinhu Town. Plainclothes police officers tailed and arrested her on July 1, 2010. Ms. Liu is in the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp.
4. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Li Runfang Arrested
About thirty officers from the Sanqiao Police Station arrested Ms. Li Runfang on July 12, 2010. They ransacked her home and seized a CD-burner, printer, a paper-cutting knife, CDs, a bank book, a health care card, an ID card, and more than 2,300 yuan in cash. This personal property is valued in excess of 20,000 yuan. Ms. Li is now in the Sanqiao Police Station.
5. [Daobeidian, Hebei Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of Mr. Hu Zhenchun
Officer Zhang Lingqi and others from the Beicheng Police Station arrested Mr. Hu Zhenchun at 5:30 p.m. on May 31, 2010. They took him to the Beicheng Police Station and then to the Baobeidian Detention Center 24 hours later. He was transferred to the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp on June 12, 2010, following twelve days of detention.
6. [Li County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhu Yanlong Arrested (Belated News)
More than twenty officers from the Li County 610 Office, along with officers from the county's Domestic Security Division and Linbao Township Police Station, committed a crime around 8:00 p.m. on September 23, 2009, by breaking into Mr. Zhu Yanlong's home and arresting him without presenting any documentation. Another group of officers ransacked his home and confiscated his Falun Gong informational materials and books. The police interrogated Mr. Zhu until past midnight.
The police took Mr. Zhu to the Li County Detention Center at 8:00 a.m. the next day. Mr .Zhu has been on a hunger strike since his arrest. He was taken to the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp on September 27, 2009, where he is still being held.
7. [Leiyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Ouyang Cuilan Becomes Half-paralyzed as a Result of Being Persecuted
Ms. Ouyang Cuilan became half-paralyzed in late May 2010 as a result of the persecution. Her family sent her for treatment to the Leiyang City Chinese Medicine Hospital.
8. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Niu Jinghua Arrested
Ms. Niu Jinghua from the Zichuan District was arrested on the evening of July 11, 2010, as she spoke with people about Falun Gong in the district's Yinzuo Square. Officers from the Banyang Road Police Station made the arrest. Officers from the district's Guobaohe Police Station ransacked her home and seized her computer, cell phone and telephone books, along with other personal property. Ms. Niu was sent to the Zibo City Brainwashing Center on July 13, 2010.

9. [Dingxing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Shi Shufen and Ms. Zhang Xiuping Arrested
Ms. Shi Shufen, an employee from the Dingxing County Compressor Plant, and Ms. Zhang Xiuping from Housuoying were arrested on the street on the morning of July 16, 2010. Officers from the Dingxing County Police Department's Domestic Security Division made the arrest. The police department's political head Zhu Xiaotao and other officers ransacked Ms. Shi's home that same afternoon. Ms. Shi and Ms. Zhang are in the Dingxing County Detention Center.

11. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Yuming and Mr. Qu Dengpeing Arrested
Mr. Wang Yuming and Mr. Qu Dengpeng from the Dagang District were arrested on the evening of July 15, 2010. Mr. Wang's relative's home was ransacked. The confiscated personal property includes a TV set, DVD player, satellite receiver, and all Falun Gong informational materials. Six agents from the Dagang District 610 Office ransacked Mr. Wang's home on the morning of July 17, 2010.
12. [Huainan City, Anhui Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Tan Dechun
Ms. Tan Dechun, a teacher at the Huainan No. 16 Middle School was arrested on February 22, 2010, in the Tianjia'an District. Officers from the Xiejiaji District made the arrest. She was taken to the Liulizhan Police Station. Her home was ransacked and her child's computer, a printer, a second-hand cell phone, along with other personal property were seized. Ms. Tan is now in the Huainan Detention Center.

13. [Changge City, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Wang Genxiang, Ms. Yue Gairong and Ms. Li Mei'e were arrested on the morning of July 13, 2010, as they spoke with people about Falun Gong in Guanting Township. That same day, Changge Domestic Security Division head Liu Shuwei, along with Zhang Yu from the 610 Office and five additional agents, ransacked the three practitioners' homes, confiscating photos with Master's image and some Falun Gong informational materials. The three practitioners are in the Changge Detention Center.
