(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioners in Indonesia held parades on May 15 and 16, 2010, in the southern and northern areas of Jakarta, Indonesia, to celebrate the 11th World Falun Dafa Day.

Divine Land Marching BThe band and the flag team of more than 100 practitioners made their first appearance in Coral New Village on the morning of May 16. The band's two days of performances were inspiring. When the march ended, one police officer was so excited that he used his cellphone to take a photo of his colleagues with the practitioners.

Prior to the march on May 16, a police officer told a practitioner next to him, "They marched five kilometers!" He meant that the route for the May 15 parade was five kilometers. He was in charge of maintaining order for the parade. The procession set off from the front of the Chinese Embassy and went all the way to the fountain in front of the Hotel Indonesia. The practitioners marched for two hours in the blazing sun.
A Chinese teacher waited curiously by the side of the road when he heard that the Divine Land Marching Band was composed of Falun Gong practitioners. He commended the band, saying "Your momentum is amazing."
On May 15, practitioners in three different groups--the Divine Land Marching Band, the Waist Drum Team and the Flag Team--gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day and condemn the Chinese Communist regime's persecution of Falun Gong. Four practitioners held two banners worded "Falun Dafa" and "May 13, World Falun Dafa Day" in Chinese, English, and Indonesian. Reporters from local media covered the event.
