(Clearwisdom.net) In the afternoon of May 15, Montreal Falun Dafa practitioners celebrated the 11th annual World Falun Dafa Day at the plaza outside City Hall. The practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and the Divine Land Marching Band performed a number of pieces. A number of practitioners recited poems to express their deep gratitude and admiration to Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of the practice. A photo display about Falun Dafa around the world was also presented.
City Hall is close to a popular tourist attraction, and the celebration attracted numerous visitors. Besides watching the performance, many people took the informational leaflets and the beautiful handmade folded paper lotus flowers.
