On behalf of the Government of Canada, I would like to extend my best wishes and warm greetings to all those commemorating Falun Dafa Month here in Canada
As the Member of Parliament for Halton and the Minister of Labour, I am honored to have this opportunity to extend my best wishes to all the practitioners of Falun Dafa as you gather to celebrate the 18th anniversary of this practice both here in Canada and all around the world.
Since introduced to the public in 1992 the Falun Dafa has received worldwide recognition for its concerted efforts to promote principles of peace, tolerance and harmony in society.
I want to congratulate the Falun Dafa for holding true to their principles in this current environment. Your efforts continue to serve as an motivation to the rest of us, that there should always be time made to promote good will and humanitarian acts of kindness.
I would like to extend a very special thanks to everyone who has played a role in the organization of not only this commemorative month, but also those who gather every day of the year to proactive your operations.
As you gather now to celebrate, never forget that in this often fast paced world, your actions serve as an inspiration to the rest of us teaching principals of truthfulness, compassion and patience.

I am writing to offer my best wishes to the practitioners of Falun Dafa on the occasion of your 18th Anniversary and as you celebrate Falun Dafa Month.
Falun Dafa practitioners are to be congratulated for their concerted efforts worldwide and for their commitment to the universal ideals of truthfulness, compassion and forbearance.
