1. [Yunfu City, Guangdong Province] Retired Ms. Chen Jiequn Arrested
Ms. Chen Jiequn, 60, is a retired worker in the Sulphur-ferric Mine in Yunfu City. At 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2010, she was taken away from the Luoguiqiao Market by three plainclothes officers from the Yunfu 610 Office and the Gaofeng Police Station. Her whereabouts are unknown.
In 2004, Ms. Chen was arrested and sentenced to four years in prison. Her husband, Mai Yuefa, in his 60s, was sentenced to four years in prison at the same time. In May 2009, Mr. Mai was taken to the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province because he distributed Falun Gong materials. He is still detained.

On February 27, 2010, Ms. Liang Yishun, in her 40s, was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Team of the Saihan Police Department in Huhehaote City, while she was distributing DVDs about Falun Gong. She is being held in the Huhehaote First Detention Center.

3. [Antu County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Beiqi Detained
On February 27, 2010, Ms. Zhang Beiqi from Antu County was arrested by police in Pingdu City, Shandong Province. She is being held in the Pingdu Detention Center.
4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dong Yiran Detained in the Detention Center of Dongling Police Department
On February 27, 2010, Ms. Dong Yiran was arrested by officers from the Qianjin Police Station in the Dongling District while she was talking to people about Falun Gong. She is being held in the Detention Center at the Dongling Police Department.
5. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Hu Ruifang and Ms. Zhao Shuqiong Persecuted
On February 21, 2010, Ms. Hu Ruifang and Ms. Zhao Shuqiong from Datian Village in the Zhong District, Leshan City, both of whom are about 50 years old, were arrested while they were posting self-adhesive posters about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked and the police took away Falun Gong materials. They are being detained in Shizhushan.

7. [Jilin Province] Ms. Zhong Weijun and Ms. Liu Jun Sent to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zhong Weijun from Bajiazi Town has been sentenced to 18 months of forced labor and Ms. Liu Jun to two years. They were sent to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp before the Chinese New Year. Mr. Li Longchun and Ms. Li Shufang were forced to become homeless and destitute in order to avoid being arrested at home.

8. [Beijing City] Ms. Chen from the Haidian District Arrested
On February 22, 2010, Ms. Chen from the Haidian District, about 70 years old, was arrested while she and her younger sister went to distribute Falun Gong materials near Qianmen. She was taken to the Liangxiang Police Department.
9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Shen Yinping Sent to the Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center
Ms. Shen Yinping lives in Huaqiao Street in the Jiangan District of Wuhan City. On the night of February 16, 2010, she went out to distribute Falun Gong materials. She was reported and arrested. That night she was detained in the Laodongjie Police Station. The next day she was taken to the Cheniiaji Brainwashing Center in the Jiangan District.
10. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Lifeng Arrested
Ms. Hu Lifeng was arrested while she was talking to people about Falun Gong at the Liangfan Supermarket in the Baishengwu Mall at 3:00 p.m. on February 27, 2010. Her whereabouts are unknown.
11. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Yu Arrested
Ms. Liu Yu was arrested on February 15, 2010. She is now in a detention center.
12. [Xinjiang] Mr. Wang Yanlin Detained in Tibet
Mr. Wang Yanlin from Xinjiang was arrested in Lhasa, Tibet, in early July 2009, by the local police.
13. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Guangbao Arrested
Mr. Liu Guangbao lives in Luangu Village, Wangcun Town, Zhoucun District, Zibo City. He has been homeless and destitute for years. On February 18, 2010, he was arrested after going home to visit his parents. His whereabouts are unknown.
14. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Shuhong Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Around January 25-26, 2010, Ms. Li Shuhong from Wugezhuang, Wangcun Township, Laishui County, was arrested when she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. She has been sentenced to one year of forced labor.
15. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Qi Lei Persecuted
Ms. Qi Lei, around 30 years old, lives in Lu Town, Junan County. At 4:00 p.m. on February 23, 2010, she was followed while she talked to people about Falun Gong. She was later arrested by officers from the Zhendong Police Station. At 8 p.m. that night, she was transferred to the Linyi Detention Center. Her home was also ransacked.
16. [Sanshui , Guangdong Province] The Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp Adds Nerve-Damaging Drugs to Meals Given to Falun Gong Practitioners
In order to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp adds drugs that damage the central nervous system to their meals. After eating, some practitioners had swollen bodies and were disfigured. At the same time, their minds were not clear and they had fading memory, nausea, vomiting, etc. Some even fainted.

On the afternoon of February 26, 2010, Feng Haibo, chief of the Domestic Security Team of the Daqing Police Department, and Sun Wanku, deputy director of the Dongan Police Department, led people to break into Mr. Chi Xiandao's home. The police arrested Mr. Chi and Ms. Tang Zengye, who came to visit Mr. Chi's parents. The two practitioners are being held in the Daqing Detention Center.

18. [Tianjin City] Mr. Gu Xueshuang Detained in the Tanggu Detention Center
On the morning of February 25, 2010, Han Yong from the Tanggu District Domestic Security Team and officers from the Hangzhoudao Police Station in Tanggu District rushed into the company where Mr. Gu Xueshuang works and took him away. The police later went to his home and confiscated his personal computer, a printer, and other property. Mr. Gu was taken to the Hangzhoudao Police Station. He is now being detained in the Tanggu Detention Center.

On the morning of February 4, 2010, she was taken away from her home by Lang Dengshan and Wu Song from the Jucao District Demostic Security Team and Party Secretary Xu of the Jucao Politics and Law Committee. Her home was also searched. On February 11, 2010, she was sentenced to one year of forced labor. Now she is being held in the Caohu Detention Center.

22. [Xinxiang City, Henan Province] Ms. Sun Ailan Detained
On February 24, 2010, Ms. Sun Ailan was reported while she and another practitioner were talking to people about Falun Gong. She was arrested by officers from the Qudong Police Station and was initially detained for 10 days. She is now being held in the Xinxiang Detention Center.

23. [Nan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhang Chunqiu, Mr. Zhang Xinjiang and Mr. Wang Jincheng Detained in the Nan County Detention Center
Ms. Zhang Chunqiu, Mr. Zhang Xinjiang, and Mr. Wang Jincheng from Huage Town, Nan County, were arrested by officers from the Yiyang Domestic Security Team, the Datonghu Police Station, and the Huage Police Station at 1:00 a.m. on February 23, 2010. Their homes were also searched. They are currently being held in the Nan County Detention Center.
24. [Hebei Province] Mr. Li Shitou Persecuted in the "Strictly Monitored Section" in Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Li Shitou, 38, was a young teacher who graduated and stayed at the Hebei University of Technology. On August 8, 2008, he was arrested for the third time and sent to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp for a 21-month term. Mr. Li refused to be brainwashed and was persecuted in the "Strictly Monitored Section."
25. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Huang Guang Arrested
At 10:00 a.m. on February 28, 2010, Mr. Huang Guang from the Pingfang District was arrested by officers from the Zhengyanghe Police Station while he was talking to people about Falun Gong near the police station.
26. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Mr. Liu Deyu Sentenced to Four Years in Prison
Mr. Liu Deyu was arrested in July 2009. On February 2, 2010, the Dongbao District Court in Jingmen City secretly sentenced him to four years in prison.
Mr. Liu, 53, is an employee of the Jingmen Hygienic Station. Since the CCP publicly started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, Mr. Liu has been held in a forced labor camp for more than three years. He was detained in brainwashing centers many times. He was insulted and tortured by the CCP personnel.
Mr. Liu was beaten by police at 10:00 a.m. on June 23 2009, because he talked to people about Falun Gong. He was forced to become homeless and destitute and went to Zhijiang City, Hubei Province. Later on, he was arrested and sent to the Huyaguan Detention Center in Jingmen City.
