A girl named Milca from Chile and her Brazilian friend were studying English in Brisbane. She was interested in the practitioners' stories of improving morality. Another two German girls were very interested in the Falun Gong principles. They folded the flowers for quite a long time and were reluctant to leave.

A theater designer became interested in the five exercises while folding the lotus flowers. He learned the exercises on site. A British man had just arrived in Australia with packages on his back. He also learned the exercises on the spot.

The Falun Gong practitioners' booth was highly praised by the hosting organization. The organizers said that Falun Gong was the most welcomed group in the two-day event. A local TV station also came to the booth to take footage and cover the activities.
