(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 20 cities or counties in 9 provinces. In this report, 31 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 42 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Hebei Province] Ms. Hu Miaomiao's Relatives Forbidden from Visiting Her at the Hebei Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Hu Miaomiao, 25 years old, is from Chaigoupu Town, Huai'an County. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor on June 26, 2010, and has been held in the Hebei Women's Forced Labor Camp where she is being subjected to sexual abuse. Her relatives went to visit her for the fourth time on November 16, 2010, but Division One head Wang Weiwei forbade them from seeing each other.
Division head Wang Weiwei, criminal inmate Wu Yanchun, and others grossly abused and mistreated Ms. Hu. They made her stand for long periods of time, beat her, and put her in handcuffs. They repeatedly stabbed broom handles into her vagina, causing her severe physical and psychological trauma.

2. [Beijing] Follow-up Information Following Ms. Liu Shilan's Arrest
Ms. Liu Shilan lives in Nanganchi Village, Changgou Town. She was arrested on November 6, 2010, as she distributed information about Falun Gong at the Changgou Market. She is in the Dashihe Detention Center in the Fangshan District. Her family wanted to deliver winter clothing to her but were not allowed to, nor were they allowed to visit her.
3. [Beijing] Ms. Gao Chaohui Arrested
Ms. Gao Chaohui, in her 40s, is from the Shijingshan District. Local police arrested her at her place of employment, the Power Plant of the Capital Iron & Steel Company. She is in the Shijingshan Detention Center.
4. [Datong, Shanxi Province] Ms. Li Shuping Harassed Following Her Release from a Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Li Shuping is employed at the Datong Coal Company's Technology College. She was released in August 2010 after she had been deprived of freedom for one year in a forced labor camp. Her employer informed her that she was to go to Taiyuan to attend a study session on November 18, in an attempt to persecute her. Ms. Li lived away from her home to avoid the persecution. The college 610 Office agent threatened and deceived her family, attempting to get her to return home to arrest her.
5. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Ms. Sun Yougui Detained
Ms. Sun Yougui from the Jiangxia District posted information about Falun Gong near Mahu Village the afternoon of November 19, 2010. A sanitation worker followed and then stopped her and took her handbag. We have learned that Ms. Sun was transferred from the Shizishan Street Police Station to the Erzhigou Detention Center in Dongxihu.

6. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Ke Arrested
Several police officers broke into Mr. Zheng Xiaoqi's home in the Jiang'an District on November 22, 2010, and ransacked it while Ms. Zhang Ke happened to visit Mr. Zheng. The police arrested Ms. Zhang. Mr. Zheng was able to escape. The police took Ms. Zhang to the Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center in the Jiang'an District.
7. [Huimin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Chunhua Subjected to Two Years of Forced Labor
Ms. Liu Chunhua, 41, lives in Zhangbao Village, Xindian Township. Local police arrested her the afternoon of October 23, 2010, and held her in the Huimin County Detention Center for about three weeks. She was sent to the Zibo Forced Labor Camp on November 17, 2010, to be held for two years.

8. [Huimin County, Shandong Province] Persecution Incidents Regarding Mr. Song Chunsheng and Four Other Practitioners -Belated Information -
Five practitioners including Mr. Song Chunsheng from Songqiao Village, Xindian Township, were studying the Falun Gong teachings together at 9:00 p.m. on September 10, 2009. Local police broke into Mr. Song's home and ransacked it. They confiscated a TV set, VCDs, a tape recorder, a cell phone, and other personal belongings. Then they forced Mr. Song's daughter to give them 5,000 yuan cash. Mr. Song and his wife, Ms. Lu Jixiang, live away from home to avoid the persecution. Ms. Ma Yuxiu had 5,000 yuan extorted from her, Ms. Wang Fengyun was forced to pay 20,000 yuan, and Mr. Lin Guorong is in the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.
9. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Feng Xinxiang and Mr. Tian Zhiyao Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown
Mr. Feng Xinxiang was transferred to an undisclosed location in Baojin City following ten days in the Fufeng County Detention Center. His family still does not know his whereabouts.
Fufeng County Domestic Security Division officials ordered the Fufeng County Police Station officers to arrest Mr. Tian Zhiyao, who is from the same village as Mr. Feng. The police confiscated Mr. Tian's personal property. His detention location was still unknown as of November 20, 2010.
10. [Qishan County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Xu Mingxia Arrested Again
Ms. Xu Mingxia has been subjected to forced labor and prison terms many times. Shortly after her release on October 9, 2010, she was again arrested on her way to Qishan County. She is held in the Panjiawan Power Substation in Baoji County.
Qishan County Police Department officers broke into Mr. Zhao Gencang's home on October 18, 2010 in Daying Township. They attempted to seize a photo of Master Li and Falun Gong books. Mr. Zhao's family member demanded they put them down.
11. [Guangzhou, Guangdong Province] Ms. Xu Hongxia Subjected to Forced Labor
Ms. Xu Hongxia is an official at the Guangzhou City Women's Association. Tianhe District 610 Office agents deceived and arrested her on September 26, 2010. She is in the Tianhe Detention Center and has been sentened to one and a half years of forced labor.

The Bohai Street Police Station head and other officers went to the homes of Ms. Wang Caixia and Ms. Wang Yuzhen on October 27, 2010. The police confiscated computers, printers, and informational materials. Ms. Wang Yuzhen was sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Wang Caixia, Ms. Liu Yanqiu, and three other practitioners are in the Dunhua City Detention Center.
15. [Wuxi, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xie Sujuan Arrested
Ms. Xie Sujuan lives in Wang'an Village, Huazhuang Town. She was arrested at home on November 22, 2010. Participating in the arrest were officers from the Wuxi City Police Department and from the Huazhuang Town Police Station. The police ransacked her home. Her whereabouts are unknown.

17. [Longchang, Sichuan Province] Mr. Ye Jianguo Lives Away from Home to Avoid the Persecution
Mr. Ye Jianguo escaped from the Xiejiaba Brainwashing Center in Neijiang on November 15, 2010.
18. [Yongnian County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xia Meiyun Arrested
Ms. Xia Meiyun lives in Dongluoyang Village, Luoguan Town. Yongnian County Domestic Security Division officers harassed her at home on August 18, 2010, and unsuccessfully attempted to arrest her. They confiscated an MP5 player and several CDs. They delivered a summons the following day to threaten her to go to the police department.
Yongnian Domestic Security Division officers arrested Ms. Xia the morning of November 13, 2010, on her way home after a financial transaction. She is in the Yongnian County Detention Center.

19. [Xi'an, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Ma Yunjing, Ms. Ma Yunhua, and Ms. Li Hua Taken to a Brainwashing Facility
Ms. Ma Yunjing, 73, is retired from the Power Capacitor Factory. She was previously subjected to one year of forced labor. She was arrested on September 1, 2010, on her way home from shopping. Participating in the arrest were officers from the Lianhu District Domestic Security Division and from the Taoyuan Road Police Station. Ms. Ma is in the Beijiao Brainwashing Center.
Ms. Ma's younger sister, Ms. Ma Yunhua, 60 years old, has been subjected to forced labor and prison terms for more than nine years. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books on June 29, 2010. She lived away from home to avoid the persecution but was taken to the Beijiao Brainwashing Center on October 31, 2010.
Ms. Li Hua, 50 years old, the elder Ms. Ma's daughter, was previously subjected to one year of forced labor. Taoyuan Road Police Station officers arrested her on August 25, 2010; seized the key to her home; and ransacked it in her family members' absence. Ms. Li escaped from the police station and lived away from home to avoid the persecution. She was arrested two months later, on October 31, and taken to the Beijiao Brainwashing Center.
20. [Yutian County, Hebei Province] Mr. Huang Kejun and Ms. Zhang Haiyan Arrested
Mr. Huang Kejun and Ms. Zhang Haiyan were arrested the afternoon of November 19, 2010, and taken to the Yutian County Detention Center. Female guards forced Ms. Zhang to pay 1,000 yuan. Her parents-in-law, in their 70s, went to visit, her but the gate guards prohibited them from seeing her.
21. [Inner Mongolia] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Practitioners in the Chifeng Area
A group of police officers arrested Ms. Xiao Mei from the Hongshan District the morning of November 18, 2010. They proceeded to arrest Ms. Han Jing at home in the Yulong Garden in the Xincheng District. They confiscated informational materials. Ms. Han's mother, Ms. Zhang Shuqin, happened to return home and was arrested. Ms. Han was released that same night after having 15,000 yuan extorted from her. Her mother is still in detention.
22. [Jinan, Shandong Province] Ms. Hu Tinghao, Mr. Kang Xinzhong, and Mr. Liu Chuanxiang Illegally Detained
Mr. Hu Tinghao, 48, and Mr. Liu Chuanxiang, 39, are both employed at the Huangtai Power Station. Mr. Hu handed a flyer to a plainclothes police officer in April 2010 at Quancheng Square and was subsequently arrested.
Mr. Kang Xinzhong, 40 years old, was employed at the former Chemical Fiber Factory. The police ransacked his home around April 28, 2010, and confiscated a printer, a computer, a CD burner, Falun Gong books, and other personal property. He was out of town on a business trip at the time of his arrest.
Mr. Hu, Mr. Kang, and Mr. Liu are still in the Licheng District Detention Center.

23. [Cao County, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Guodong and Others Arrested and Detained
More than 30 officers from the Cao County Domestic Security Division led, by Wang Xia, ransacked Mr. Sun Guodong's home the evening of July 14, 2010. The confiscated items included a computer, a printer, and Falun Gong books. They arrested Mr. Sun; his wife, Ms. Tao Ping; his daughter, Ms. Sun Hongru; and Mr. Jiang Xuejun. Mr. Sun was able to escape. The police later seized Mr. Sun's son, Mr. Sun Hongguang.
The police proceeded to ransack Mr. Yu Zhiliang's home and confiscated two computers, a DVD player, and two Falun Gong books. They arrested Mr. Yu and his wife, Ms. Yuan Peiling. The police also ransacked Mr. Zhao Wenxing's home and confiscated two computers and Falun Gong books. Mr. Zhao and his wife, Ms. Ge Xiurong, were also arrested. The police then ransacked Mr. Liu Yujiang's home and confiscated a computer, a printer, and Falun Gong books. They arrested Mr. Liu and his wife, Ms. Liang Ping.
Ms. Ge Xiurong, Ms. Yuan Peiling, Ms. Tao Ping, Ms. Sun Hongru, and Ms. Liang Ping were taken to the Heze Detention Center three days later. Ms. Tao, Ms. Sun, Mr. Jiang, Mr. Zhao, Ms. Ge, and Ms. Liang were subjected to forced labor a month later and sent to the Jinan Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Sun Guodong and Mr. Yu Zhiliang are still in the Cao County Detention Center.
Cao County Court officials scheduled a trial of Mr. Yu and Mr. Sun for November 29, 2010.

24. [Yichang, Hubei Province] Ms. Xiang Wenlan and Mr. Liu Cheng Imprisoned
Ms. Xiang Wenlan from the Yiling District is in Wuhan Prison; Mr. Liu Cheng is in the Fanjiatai, Shayang.
25. [Guangzhou, Guangdong Province] Ms. Ye Huixin Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison
Ms. Ye Huixin from the Zhuhai District was arrested on September 22, 2009, and taken to the Nanzhou Detention Center. She is in the Guangdong Province Women's Prison, to be held for seven years.

26. [Shanghai] Ms. Shen Xiufang and Ms. Li Meizhen Arrested and Detained
Two elderly practitioners, Ms. Shen Xiufang and Ms. Li Meizhen, were arrested on November 16, 2010, as they spoke with people about Falun Gong. They are in the Songjiang Detention Center.
27. [Baoji, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Yao Yiqing and Two Other Practitioners Incarcerated in a Brainwashing Facility
Four practitioners from the Chencang District were arrested on November 19, 2010, as they spoke with people about Falun Gong. The police ransacked their homes but did not find anything they wanted. Ms. Ju Gejuan was bailed out because of illness. Ms. Yao Yiqing, Ms. Feng Fenlan, and Ms. Du Yujiao were sent to the Danjiawan Power Substation Brainwashing Center on November 20.
28. [Tieling, Liaoning Province] Mr. Guo Zhiquan Arrested
Mr. Guo Zhiquan was arrested at home the morning of November 19, 2010. Officers from the Tieling City Domestic Security Division made the arrest. Mr. Guo is in the Tieling City Detention Center. The police seized his sister's computer and his Falun Gong books.
29. [Beijing] Ms. Kan Shuqing Held in Police Custody
Ms. Kan Shuqing from the Changping District was arrested on November 20, 2010. A Nankou Town 610 Office agent surnamed Qin and his wife held a brainwashing session for Ms. Kan and took her to the Nankou Town Police Station days later.
30. [Maoming, Guangdong Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Liang Shaolin
Maoming Court officials sentenced Ms. Liang Shaolin to nine years in prison in May 2010. She was sent to the Guangdong Province Women's Prison, Ward 4, in August. Her family has been forbidden from visiting her.

31. [Shanghai] Ms. Cai Yifeng Persecuted
Ms. Cai Yifeng from Sichuan Province does odd job in Shanghai. Census collectors found a photo of Master Li in her residence on November 4, 2010, and reported her to the police. Ms. Cai was arrested. Her whereabouts are unknown.
32. [Genhe City, Inner Mongolia] More than 20 Practitioners Arrested
Genhe City Police Department 610 Office agents and officers from the Domestic Security Division arrested more than 20 practitioners in June 2010 and ransacked their homes. The practitioners included Mr. Wu Jiezhou, former Genhe City coordinator; his wife, Ms. Liu; his son, Mr. Wu Xiaoming; his daughter-in-law, Ms. Gao; Ms. Wang Xiulian; and Ms. Wang Fenglan.
33. [Suizhou, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Pinhong and Mr. Fang Guozhong Arrested
Ms. Liu Pinhong and Ms. Fang Guozhong were arrested on November 6, 2010, as they spoke with people about Falun Gong in Wanhe Town. They were taken to the Wanhe Town Police Station. The police confiscated two motorcycles and more than 600 yuan cash.
The two practitioners were handcuffed and tied to a cedar tree the morning of November 7, 2010. Their hands were swollen and numb. Police station deputy head Zhang Jiuhua physically abused them. Their family arrived the afternoon of November 7 to visit them and saw them handcuffed together, looking pale and weak. Their family members found officials in the town government to demand their loved ones' release. But when they returned later to the police station, the practitioners were nowhere to be found.
