(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 16 cities or counties in 11 provinces. As per this report, 14 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 18 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Taishan, Guangdong Province] Mr. Yuan Xianchou and Mr. Huang Jianyu Arrested
Mr. Yuan Xianchou and Mr. Huang Jianyu from Taishan City were tracked as they sent truth-clarification messages with cell phones the afternoon of November 26, 2010. They were arrested at their jobs. The police ransacked their homes. The two practitioners are in the Taishan City Detention Center. Their families are forbidden from visiting them.

2. [Shanghai] Mr. Zeng Xianggang Arrested
Mr. Zeng Xianggang, originally from Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, lives in Shanghai and works for the Longstop Financial Technologies Limited (LFT), Shanghai Branch. We learned he was arrested in early October 2010.
3. [Xinzheng City, Henan Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrests of Ms. Jia Jinhui and Others
Ms. Jia Jinhui, Ms. Zhang Shuling, and Ms. Chen Xiaoni were arrested the evening of October 15, 2010. Participating in the arrests were officers from the Xuedian Town Police Station. The three practitioners were placed under criminal detention on October 16. Ms. Chen Xihong went to the Xinzheng City Domestic Security Division on October 19 to find out information about the practitioners. She was subsequently detained. The four practitioners have been in the Xinzheng City Detention Center for one and a half months.

4. [Anshan, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Ruixiang and Ms. Jiang Yan's Whereabouts Unknown -Belated Information-
Mr. Li Ruixiang from Anshan left home since December 31, 2001. His family has gone many places to try to find him, but they have not received any information about him.
Ms. Jiang Yan from Anshan was arrested in April 2008. Anshan City Police Department officials made the arrest. Her whereabouts are unknown.
5. [Huludao, Liaoning Province] Mr. Cui Shuhuai and Mr. Zhang Jing Illegally Detained
Mr. Cui Shuhuai and Mr. Zhang Jing from Gangyaoling, Huludao, were arrested the morning of November 30, 2010. Gangyaoling Town Police Station officers made the arrest. The two practitioners are in the Gangyaoling Police Station. Mr. Cui's home was ransacked. The confiscated items included a photo of Master, Falun Gong books, exercise tapes, phone books, and other personal belongings. Mr. Cui and Mr. Zhang were taken to the Huludao Qitun Detention Center.

6. [Chaoyang, Liaoning Province] Ms. Di Weiyan and Others Arrested
More than ten officers led by Xinhua Police Station head Wang Zhaowen ransacked Ms. Di Weiyan's home around 9:00 p.m. on November 24, 2010. They confiscated a computer, a photo of Master Li, Falun Gong books, and other personal belongings. They also arrested Ms. Yu Lianfang.
Xinhua Police Station officers harassed and arrested Ms. Chen Cuizhi on November 3, 2010. They later harassed Ms. Chen Shumei and other practitioners.

7. [Nanjing, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Sun Delan Subjected to One Year of Forced Labor
Ms. Sun Delan, about 60 years old, from Nanjing was reported to the police as she spoke with people about Falun Gong. Her family did not see her return home the afternoon of July 2, 2010. They later heard that Ms. Sun was sentenced to one year of forced labor. She is in the Judong Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zhenjiang.
8. [Jilin Province] Mr. Pan Hongde Physically Abused and Tortured at the Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Pan Hongde, nearly 30 years old, is a teacher in Weizigou Township, Jiutai City. Jiutai Police Department officers arrested him and took him to the Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai City. The guards ordered several criminals to physically abuse him because Mr. Pan remained steadfast in Falun Dafa. They handcuffed him behind his back and hung him up and beat him, injuring his arms, which he was unable to raise. He also had difficulty walking. Later on several guards shocked his mouth, anus, and genitals at the same time, causing Mr. Pan to lose bladder and bowel control. He was in critical condition. His family requested medical parole for him and was able to bail him out and take him home in July. Mr. Pan could not speak or eat. The police took him back to the labor camp following his two-week's stay at home.
9. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Additional Information Regarding Ms. Guan Jingyun and Two Others
Ms. Guan Jingyun and two other practitioners from Zaozhuang City were arrested and taken to the Yuelou Detention Center on November 26, 2010. Ms. Guan's clothing shop was ransacked. Another practitioner, Ms. Yu Guoyu, and an unidentified practitioner with a northeastern accent refused to tell the police their names. Ms. Guan's relatives were forbidden from seeing her.
10. [Qian'an, Hebei Province] Ms. Xu Aihua and Her Sister Persecuted
Ms. Xu Aihua lives in Chajigou Village, Jianchangying Town. She was arrested the afternoon of October 16, 2010, as she spoke with people about Falun Gong in Caochang Village, Jianchangying Town. She was first held in the Qian'an City Detention Center. We learned that she was given a two-year forced labor term several days later. She is in the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City.
Ms. Xu Aihua, around 40 years old, was previously arrested around 2002 and held in a detention center for two weeks. Her second arrest took place prior to the 2008 Olympics. She was held in a brainwashing facility and detention center for nearly a month. She was released only after her family paid about 8,000 yuan.
Ms. Xu's older sister, Ms. Xu Airong, around 50 years old, lives in Wantao Village, Qingshanyuan Township, Yanggezhuang. Several officers led by Qian'an City Police Department deputy head and Domestic Security Division head Peng Minghui broke into Ms. Xu Airong's home and ransacked it on September 8, 2009. They seized an electric tricycle, a flashlight, an MP3 player, and cash. Ms. Xu was taken to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp on September 11, 2009. The officials did not follow any legal procedures. She was transferred to Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp around June 2010.
11. [Guangdong Province] Ms. Tang Wenyan Taken to the Guangdong Province Women's Prison
Ms. Tang Wenyan was arrested on October 25, 2009, as she distributed information about Falun Gong in Yantian Village, Dongguan. She was held in the Dongguan City No.1 Detention Center and sentenced to three and a half years in prison on July 15, 2010. Her appeal was denied.
Ms. Tang was sent to the Guangdong Province Women's Prison on November 9, 2010. She started a ten-day hunger strike on November 20. The prison guards gave her an IV-injection against her will on the third-day of her hunger strike and called her family on the ninth-day of her hunger strike, telling them to visit Ms. Tang.
12. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Ms. Shen Zhizhen Arrested
Ms. Shen Zhizhen from Qingshan, Wuhan City, was arrested as she distributed information about Falun Gong near the Shishan Police Station in early November 2010. The police confiscated her Falun Gong informational materials and 400 yuan, and took her photo against her will.
13. [Luan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Meng Arrested
Mr. Wang Meng lives in Xinglongdianzi, Zhenzi Town. Officers from the Luan County Police Department's No.1 Section, along with the Wangdianzi Village head, ransacked Mr. Wang's home around 7:00 p.m. on November 24, 2010. They confiscated a DVD player, a tape recorder, and Falun Gong books. They took Mr. Wang away and held him in an undisclosed location.
14. [Zhucheng, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Jifang Arrested
Ms. Liu Jifang from the Zhucheng City Foreign Trade Company was arrested the evening of November 22, 2010. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a notebook computer and other personal belongings. Ms. Liu is in the Xinghua Road Police Station.
15. [Lixin County, Anhui Province] Ms. Pang Suping and Four Other Practitioners Recently Arrested
Ms. Pang Suping, Ms. Li Qin, Mr. Ma Daxue, and Ms. Zhang Jieqin were arrested on November 23, 2010. Participating in the arrest were officers from the Lixin County Domestic Security Division.
Beijing police arrested Mr. Song Huarong on November 24 from his daughter's home and drove him back to Lixin County.
16. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Guoyu and Two Others Arrested
Ms. Guan Jingyun, 46, self-employed; Ms. Yu Guoyu, 37, an employee of the Zaozhuang Bureau of Mines; and Ms. Luo Lizhen, 44, were arrested the afternoon of November 26, 2010. Participating in the arrests were officers from the Zaozhuang City Domestic Security Division, from the Zaozhuang City 610 Office, and from the Wenhua Road Police Station. Ms. Luo's family went to demand her release, but were unsuccessful,.
Ms. Yu went to Ms. Guan's own clothing shop in the Zaozhuang Shopping Mall the afternoon of November 26 to buy clothes. Zaozhuang City Domestic Security Division head Sun Jinju, Wenhua Road Police Station head Qu Shijie and others broke into the clothing shop and arrested the two practitioners. They seized 47,000 yuan, a computer, and informational materials. Where Ms. Yu and Ms. Guan are being detained is unknown.
Ms. Luo was arrested at home on November 26. Shanting District Police Department officers had previously sent her to the Shandong Province Women's Forced Labor Camp in 2000. The camp officials refused to accept Ms. Luo because of her poor health. Ms. Luo is currently unemployed.

17. [Linxia County, Gansu Province] Mr. Jiao Yongren Given a Four-Year Prison Term
Mr. Jiao Yongren, 69 years old, is from Lianhua Town, Linxia County. She was arrested and taken to the Hanji Detention Center on June 28, 2010. Later on Linxia County court covertly sentenced him to four years in prison and sent him to Lanzhou Prison. The prison officials refused to accept him, and the police transferred him to Tianshui Prison.

18. [Liaoning Province] Elementary School Teacher Ms. Shang Shuxia Held in the Liaoyuan City Detention Center
Ms. Shang Shuxia teaches at the Liaoyuan City Experimental Elementary School. Plainclothes agents followed her the morning of November 22, 2010, as she returned home. Later on, Liaoyuan City Police Department officers, along with officers from the Nankang Police Department, ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a printer, 426 yuan, and a key to her family's door. Ms. Shang was arrested and taken to the Liaoyuan City Detention Center.

19. [Mengyin, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Naixiang and Two-Year-Old Grandson Arrested
Ms. Liu Naixiang lives in Bei Village, Duozhuang Town. She and her two-year-old grandson were arrested on November 25, 2010. They are held in the Duozhuang Town government building, where they are made to sit on the concrete floor during the night.
20. [Beijing] Ms. Zhao Ximei, in Her 50s, Harassed
Officers from the Shuangjing Police Station of the Chaoyang Police Department broke into Ms. Zhao Ximei's home the afternoon of November 29, 2010, in her absence. The police deceived her two daughters, who are in their 30s, into going to the Shuangjing Police Station and then ordered them to call their mother. Ms. Zhao answered the phone and learned that the police were attempting to make her go to the police station in exchange for her daughters. Ms. Zao's daughters are still in the police station.

21. [Suizhou, Hubei Province] Mr. Wang Zhiming and Others Arrested
Suizhou City 610 Office agents, along with officers from the State Security Division and the Police Department, recently arrested practitioners and took them to a brainwashing facility. They pay collaborators Liang Shoulong and Jiang Mingming 2,000 yuan per month to persecute the practitioners, in an attempt to make the practitioners give up their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.
Practitioners who are incarcerated in the brainwashing facility include Ms. Chen Wenqing, Mr. Wei Wei, Mr. Wang Zhiming, Ms. Sun Guizhi, Ms. He Zhuojun, and Dr. Bao from the city's Central Hospital. Ms. Shao Huaqiang's husband strongly resisted the police's illegal arrest of his wife. The police were ultimately unsuccessful. The police were staked out for several days in an attempt to arrest Mr. Zhang, a retired teacher in his 60s, but failed because he was out of town. They unsuccessfully attempted to arrest Ms. Yu Guangqin, who makes breakfast in front of an experimental school gate the morning of November 17. People witnessed the attempted illegal arrest and angrily criticized the police.
