1. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Huo Xiuqin Persecuted in Liaoning Women's Prison and Her Life in Danger
Ms. Huo Xiuqin is presently imprisoned in Liaoning Women's Prison, where she is being brutally tortured and has become severely ill. At about 4:00 a.m. on November 1, 2010, she could no longer move her arms and legs. Prison staff took her to Shenyang No. 739 Hospital for treatment. An examination showed that she suffered from heart disease, cerebral infarction, and high blood pressure. Her family demanded her release, but the prison authorities turned a deaf ear and instead insisted that the family give them money. Family visits were also not allowed.

Ms. Wu Lixian and Ms. Tian Jinling from the Wanghua District of Fushun were arrested by officers from Heping Police Station on the evening of April 17, 2010. They were cruelly tortured by Zhang Dongsheng and other officers from Heping Police Station. The next day, Ms. Wu and Ms. Tian were taken to Nangou Detention Center.
The court tried them for the first time on August 10. After not reaching a verdict, the court was adjourned. Ms. Wu was later secretly sentenced to three years and sent to Liaoning Women's Prison. Ms. Tian was sentenced to five years and sent to Shenyang Dabei Prison.

Ms. Zhao Lanhua from Gaizhou was arrested by the political instructor and two officers from Bianfang Police Station in Xihekou at the night of October 29, 2010, while she was distributing materials explaining the facts about Falun Gong. She was held in Yingkou Detention Center. Officers from Bianfang Police Station in Xihekou ransacked Ms. Zhao's home on November 3 and took two Falun Gong books.

4. [Acheng, Helongjiang Province] Updates on Mr. Zheng Guolin, Mr. Fu Shuangyin, Mr. Xu Sheng, and Other Practitioners
Daowai District Court in Harbin City opened a secret session on October 19, 2010, to try Mr. Zheng Guolin, Ms. Xue Yuxia, and Mr. Xie Jinda from Acheng.
In the summer of this year, Mr. Zheng Guolin and two other practitioners were falsely accused while they were handing out Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs in Liugoutun, Yongyuan Town, the Daowai District, Harbin City. They were arrested by officers including Wang Jun from Yongyuan Town Police Station.
Mr. Fu Shuangyin, Mr. Guang Wenlong, and Mr. Wu Changgui, who were held in Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp, were transferred to Suihua City Forced Labor Camp on October 8, 2010.
Mr. Sun Tienong and Mr. Xu Sheng from Acheng, who were held in Hulan Prison, were transferred to Mudanjiang Prison in Heilongjiang on August 11, 2010.
5. [Changling County, Jilin Province] Mr. Ai Xiaoxia Arrested
Director Song Zitao and other officers from Wulantala Township Police Station in Qianguo County and director Niu Shili and Chu Yuwen from Jubaoshan Town Police Station in Changling County barged into Mr. Ai Xiaoxia's home at Jubaoshan Township, Changling County, on the morning of November 3, 2010, and arrested him. 7. [Beijing] Mr. Luan Shujun's Recent Situation
Mr. Luan Shujun was arrested in April 2009 and sentenced to two years of forced labor. He was initially held in the first team of Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp. Now he has been transferred to Xinan Forced Labor Camp in Beijing and is being held in the second team.

Ms. Chen Jingping was released the same day. Ms. Wang Guihua and Mr. Jiang Yongyou are being held in Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushuan.
Mr. Liu Junbo was arrested on November 4, 2010, and his home was ransacked. He is now being held in Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushuan.

Many practitioners from Jiamusi accompanied Ms. Sun Libin's mother to go to Jiadong police Station on the morning of November 4, 2010. They demanded that director Feng Kaidong release Ms. Sun Libin. However, Jiadong Police Station authorities spread a rumor, saying that Falun Gong practitioners were besieging the police station. Dongfeng Public Security Bureau Branch authorities mobilized the police force to arrest 21 practitioners who were protesting beside the crosswalk. The arrested practitioners included Ms. Xu Jingzhi, Ms. Cui Fengying, Ms. Yu Guolan, Mr. Song Yushan, Ms. Zhao Fuyan, Ms. Shi, Ms. Wang Yulan, Ms. Pan Fen, Ms. Pan Li, Ms. Zhong Ying, Mr. Yu Huilian, Ms. Jiang Shuyun, Ms. Li Cuihua, Ms. Zhang Guixiang, Ms. Li, Ms. Xiao, Ms. Cui, Ms. Jiang, Ms. Cui, and Ms. Guo among others. Three practitioners have been released and the another 18 are being held in Jiamushi Detention Center.

13. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Additional Information about the Persecution of Kao Fuquan
Mr. Kao Fuquan from Kaojia Village, the Chengbei District, Zhaoyuan, was arrested by agents from the 610 Office on May 8, 2010, while he was out. In the torture cell on the second floor of the brainwashing center, he was tortured for five days and nights straight for not cooperating with the demands of the 610 Office agents. His spells of painful cries could even be heard by people who live nearby. His family went to the brainwashing center many times and asked to visit him, but their requests were turned down, no reason given.
A few days ago, Mr. Kao's relatives went to the brainwashing center to ask to see him again. They found out that Mr. Kao had been taken to a hospital. One side of his body was paralyzed because of the persecution and he could not move.
Mr. Kao's wife, Ms. Song Guihua, was arrested by agents from the 610 Office about two months after the arrest of Mr. Kao. Ms. Song is now being held in Zhaoyuan Detention Center.

Six or seven officers from Duchang County Domestic Security Division barged into and searched Mr. Huang Zimin's grocery store on the morning of November 4, 2010. They took a laptop computer, a desktop computer, and two brochures explaining the facts about Falun Gong. Mr. Huang was taken to Duchang County Detention Center.

Ms. Dai Xiuxiang from Qianzhumao, Guxian, Pingdu, was arrested at her parents' home by a dozen officers from Pingdu Public Security Bureau at about 12:50 p.m. on November 3, 2010.

Agents from the Dongxihu District 610 Office barged into Mr. Sun Diedie's home in the Fuyuan Residential Quarters, Jiangjunlu, on November 2, 2010, and arrested him. Mr. Sun's whereabouts is unknown.

Ms. Liu Meili was seen by an officer while she was explaining the facts about Falun Gong to people on November 4, 2010. Ms. Liu was then arrested and taken to Xingouqiaojie Police Station.

18. [Chongqing] Ms. Chen Shufang Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
Ms. Chen Shufang, who is retired from Chongqing Jiangbei District First People's Hospital, was arrested on August 29, 2010, for explaining the facts about Falun Gong. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor at the end of September and is now being held in Chongqing Women's Forced Labor Camp.
19. [Huangshi City, Hubei Province] Ms. Gui Fengxiang Arrested
Officer Li Yujun from Huangshi, Domestic Security Division deputy chief Zhou Yajun, and other two officers pretended to be conducting a population census at about 8:00 p.m. on November 1, 2010, and went into Ms. Gui Fengxiang's home. They ransacked her home, took a 2007 Shen Yun DVD, and arrested Ms. Gui.

Mr. Huang Xuejun was arrested by several plainclothes police officers on the morning of November 3 while he was working in Anlu Puai Hospital in Hubei. His whereabouts is unknown.

Mr. Yu Sirong was falsely accused on October 1 while he was handing out DVDs explaining the facts about Falun Gong in Shuangshan Town. He was arrested by officers from Shuangshan Police Station. His home was ransacked a week later.
Mr. Hu Demin was falsely accused on October 20 while he was handing out materials explaining the facts about Falun Gong. His home was ransacked by officers from Dafang Domestic Security Division and he was taken to Dafang Detention Center.
Mr. Li Hongyu was arrested by officers from Dafang Domestic Security Division on October 27.
