(Clearwisdom.net) A female representative of the Ji County Court in Tianjin went to a detention center on the night of September 5, 2010. This individual read the court's verdict to Falun Gong practitioners Wen Hongjun, Wang Suzhi, and Sun Shuzhen, sentencing them to ten years, seven years, and four years, respectively.
The judge told the three practitioners who had been detained there for almost a year, "The reason for your heavy sentence is due to the fact that your families have 'vandalized the court'."
Following Mr. Wen Hongjun's arrest, his mother, who is in her eighties, and his wife with disabled legs and hands, had difficulty surviving without him. They supported each other and traveled a hundred miles to the Ji County Court to demand Mr. Wen's release. But their grief and pleas received sympathy. Instead, they were shoved, spit at, humiliated, and threatened with electric batons and handcuffs. Mr. Wen's mother could not endure it and fell ill. The women had to return home. This was what the judge referred to as "vandalizing the court."

The following practitioners are currently detained at the Ji County Detention Center: Ms. Lu Baoqin (54), Ms. Zhang Liqin (58), Ms. Meng Qingfen (58), Ms. Kong Yucui (62), Ms. Sun Shuzhen (49), Ms. Wang Suzhi (45), Ms. Gao Xiuhong (39), Mr. Wen (from out of town), and Mr. Su Jianming from the Dongerying Township.
In addition, Ms. Lu Baoqin, Ms. Meng Qingfen, Ms. Kong Yucui, and Ms. Zhang Liqin were sent to a forced labor camp on August 27, 2010. The camp refused to accept Ms. Kong Yucui because of her high blood pressure. She was forcibly injected with medicine on the evening of August 31, and force-fed unknown substances on the morning of September 1, 2010, before being sent back to the labor camp. She was sent to Ji County Hospital on September 6, 2010.
