(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in fourteen cities or counties in six provinces. In this report, eleven practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least nine practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Zhenming and Mr. Wu Shandong Persecuted
Practitioner Mr. Liu Zhenming is a teacher at Tai'an Ethnicity School of Shandong Province. Mr. Liu is currently detained at the Shandong Provincial Second Forced Labor Camp. Due to the persecution he is suffering, his blood pressure recently increased to 220 mmHg. The labor camp officials still refuse to release him.
Practitioner Mr. Wu Shandong is detained at the 7th confinement of the forced labor camp. Mr. Wu went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution on May 2, 2010. He now weighs between 45 to 55 pounds. He also suffers from heart failure, has difficultly walking and constantly loses consciousness. A blood test showed that his white blood cells have dramatically decreased. Like Mr. Liu Zhenming, the labor camp also refuses to release Mr. Wu although he is in critical condition.
2. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Several of the practitioners arrested in Baiyun Village, Dalian were taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang on August 22, 2010. Among them, Ms. Zhao Lerong was sentenced to one and a half years, while Ms. Jiang Ailing and Ms. Nie Shuang were sentenced to one year.
3. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Shushan Passed Away
Ms. Wang Shushan, 60, was arrested for posting up Falun Gong flyers in the Hebo Community of Daoli District in Harbin in March 2009. The police from Hebo Police Station then sent her to the Harbin 2nd Detention Center. There, they put unknown drugs in her food that caused her to have severe diarrhea. Ms. Wang passed away on May 18, 2009.
4. [Suiling County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Kai and Mr. Guan Shubo Arrested and Detained for Distributing Falun Gong-related Materials on September 30, 2010
5. [Huludao, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Shuyun and Ms. Tian Lijuan Arrested
Ms. Liu Shuyun and Ms. Tian Lijuan from Laodazhangzixiang, Jianchang County, Huludao City were arrested by the police from Laodazhangzixiang Police Station and village director Wu Feitang on the morning of September 30, 2010. Both practitioners are currently detained at Huludao City Detention Center.

6. [Lingyuan, Liaoning Province] Mr. Guo Fengshan Arrested
Mr. Guo Fengshan from Lingyuan was arrested at home at around 6:00 p.m. on September 28, 2010. His home was also ransacked.
7. [Chaoyang, Liaoning] Ms. Guo Xiukun Arrested at Tongzhou Area, Beijing on September 28, 2010
8. [Beijing] Ms. Yu Zhixin Arrested
Ms. Yu Zhixin from Fengtai Area of Beijing was arrested by the police from the Shijingshan District Domestic Security Division on September 28, 2010. Her home was also ransacked.
9. [Weifang, Shandong Province] 610 Office Personnel Arrest Mr. Meng Xianqiang
Mr. Meng Xianqiang is from Nangutong Village, Honghe Town, Changle County of Weifang City. The police from the Honghe Town 610 Office and Changle County 610 Office arrested Mr. Meng and ransacked his home. They confiscated a TV, a DVD player, an MP3 player and several copies of Zhuan Falun.
Mr. Meng was then detained at Honghe Police Station. He was transferred to Changle County Detention Center for further persecution on September 29.
10. [Xinxiang, Henan Province] Ms. Zhu Ying Arrested and Mr. Xu Faling Detained
Police officer Wei Guanglei arrested Ms. Zhu Ying on the evening of September 27, 2010 after deceiving her into leaving her home. She is currently detained at a detention center.
Mr. Xu Faling is detained at Xinxiang Detention Center.
11. [Leshan, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wang Mingzhong Arrested
Mr. Wang Mingzhong from Jiajiang County, Leshan City was reported and arrested when he was distributing truth-clarification materials on September 28. The police also ransacked his home and confiscated an MP5. Mr. Wang is currently detained at Jiajiang County Detention Center.
12. [Guangzhou, Guangdong Province] Ms. Lin Yingyu Arrested
Ms. Lin Yingyu from Guangzhou was arrested on her way to work on September 30, 2010. Her home was also ransacked. Ms. Lin is detained at Luogang Detention Center.
13. [Gaomi, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Ping Detained at a Forced Labor Camp for One Year
The police from the Domestic Security Division of Gaomi Police Bureau broke into Mr. Wang Ping's home on the morning of September 20, 2010. He was directly taken to Zhangqiu Men's Forced Labor Camp in Shandong Province to serve a one year term.

14. [Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Ding Xi and Ms. Ren Suxian Persecuted
Mr. Ding Xi and Ms. Ren Suxian were arrested in Jiamusi on September 19, 2009. They were sentenced to one year of forced labor and imprisoned at Heilongjiang Provincial Forced Labor Camp for Drug Rehabilitation. Both of their terms were illegally extended--Mr. Ding's term was extended by 12 days and Ms. Ren, 19 days.
When Mr. Ding's term ended on September 30, 2010, he was picked up by the police from Rizhao Police Bureau. Mr. Ding is currently detained at Rizhao Detention Center.
