(Clearwisdom.net) I have passed through more than ten years of cultivation practice. I started as an assistant prior to July 20, 1999 (when the persecution began), and am currently a coordinator of Dafa projects. I want to share some of my understandings and views with everyone. I hope fellow practitioners will kindly point out any of my mistakes.

Whether you are a coordinator or a regular practitioner, you should not use human notions or mentalities when dealing with things. This superficial form is not important. The key is each person's heart: whether you listen to Teacher, or let your own ideas control you; whether you listen to Dafa, or allow karma to take control; whether you harmonize things, or allow the evil to interfere without your knowledge, or whether you vie in order to see who is better and then leave in anger. Whether we are coordinators or not, we must solidly improve ourselves, which means to harmonize the one body.

As coordinators, we must coordinate within the Fa. We should study the Fa more and well, send forth more righteous thoughts, make time to practice the exercises, and save people. We need to strive diligently to become more sacred in the process of achieving what Teacher requires, instead of regarding ourselves as already being sacred. We must have a relatively accurate understanding of the subject matter before we start any coordination project. We cannot be partial or go to extremes, and we must look for solutions and answers within the Fa at any time and in any situation. We must put ourselves beneath Dafa and be among practitioners at all times. We cannot feel superior and put ourselves above others, and we certainly should not give orders or be arrogant, nor should we ever yell at fellow practitioners, and not look within.

As a practitioner cooperating on a project, we need to be aware of the big picture, unconditionally cooperate, and harmonize everything, as well as look within.

Coordinators for big regions shoulder huge responsibilities. When one feels that one's cultivation state is not very good, do not proceed. Clearly draw back and study the Fa. If you can really be successful, Teacher's Law Body will certainly arrange the best outcome for your project or problem during this period.

As a regular practitioner, when you do not feel that your cultivation state is good, you also need to calmly study the Fa. You should share with other practitioners who have quite a clear understanding of the Fa and have compassion. You should look within more, improve yourself when offering people salvation, and improve in your overall cooperation. Thus, your condition will improve naturally. Do not use any excuse to hide at home and lose the one body connection, which is a good environment. Don't dig into the bull's horn and fall behind.

Teacher said in "Fa Teaching Given at the 2010 New York Fa Conference:"

"Before, in the mainland, those Dafa disciples who served in positions of responsibility at practice sites were not in those positions on account of having cultivated particularly well, but rather, because they had the ability to carry out such work and the desire to do so."

From Teacher's lecture, I realized more clearly that as we all practice in this human world, one's ability to carry out work and our desires can possibly cause us to deviate towards a selfish direction. When we nourish our post-natal ideas, then our abilities and desires are not necessarily all good. The key is how to make good use of our abilities. I often see this situation: Regardless of whether they were assistants before or are currently coordinators, some have a high opinion of themselves, which is unusual among practitioners. They were showing off, showed zealotry and vanity, were attached to doing things, were jealous, and later even developed an attachment to validating themselves. Those desires were produced from sentiment and they are something that practitioners need to abandon. Teacher is using these opportunities for us to coordinate and assist, in order to help us get rid of these attachments and improve - certainly not to enlarge these attachments.

Coordinators do not receive any rewards, they just work hard for everybody on a voluntary basis. No one should look down on fellow practitioners, and practitioners should listen to and obey coordinators. For those practitioners who are not coordinators, they should not feel uncomfortable about being managed. Do not expect that coordinators can do everything well, like gods do.

Whether one is a coordinator or not is not absolute. A coordinator for a certain period or project has possibly been just a regular fellow practitioner during another period or on another project. Coordinators should take on the initiative to organize practitioners on difficult matters and complete this well, while other practitioners should also assume some initiative and take on certain duties and not only depend on the coordinators.
