(Clearwisdom.net) The Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) held a series of activities in Chinatown and George Street on September 25, 2010 to celebrate the fact that the number of Chinese people who have quit the CCP has reached 80 million.

Mr. Ma Hengjun, a representative from the Service Center, spoke at the rally. He believed that quitting the CCP is not a political movement, but a movement of spiritual awakening and moral enhancement. "No matter how the CCP resists the movement, in the end, the Chinese people will desert it and it will be eliminated," said Mr. Ma.
Several spoke at the rally to support the quitting the CCP movement. After the rally, volunteers from the Service Center held banners and posters in Chinatown and George Street to raise awareness about the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Gong. The volunteers also provided services to assist Chinese people with quitting the CCP.
The Divine Land Marching Band performed several pieces of music including "Falun Dafa Is Good." Many passersby stayed around to enjoy the music and some of them took photos of the band.
Mr. Xu recently went back to China. In China, everywhere he went, including supermarkets and banks, there were people criticizing the CCP. "When I came back to Australia, I found it strange that some Chinese people who live here are still afraid of the CCP and afraid of doing something that would get them into trouble with the CCP," said Mr. Xu. "The CCP is trying to lure more members desperately. It even offers to give back 80 percent of the membership fee for the members to travel. The CCP is going down soon. Many of my family members, relatives, and friends have quit the CCP."
Mr. Zhang from Beijing told the reporter that this movement has made him realize that the CCP is coming to an end soon. "80 million is not just a number, but an indication of where the people's hearts are," said Mr. Zhang. Mr. Zhang hopes that the book the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party will be read widely in China and that the overseas Chinese will seize the opportunity to read it. "I have never in my life seen the CCP stop killing. Helen, a volunteer from the Service Center, said that many people have come to realize the evil nature of the CCP and looked for the Service Center to help them quit the CCP. "They thanked us enthusiastically after we helped them quit," she said.
