(Clearwisdom.net) I am an aged Falun Gong practitioner living in a big city in northern China. Because the persecution was severe, I had a strong mentality of fear and did not cultivate well regarding this fear, and I did not do as well as other diligent fellow practitioners in persuading people to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. I only clarified the truth on a small scale to some of my relatives and friends. Beforehand, I thought carefully about how to go about talking to them. Master said, "... Dafa is boundless, and it is completely up to your heart to practice cultivation." (Lecture Four in Zhuan Falun) When I proceeded with faith in the Fa teachings, a miracle happened.
I have a friend who is a retired senior level military doctor, and I really wanted to tell him the true situation about the CCP. The first time I went to explain the facts to him, he did not accept it. He was poisoned deeply and did not believe me. Sometime later when I tried to visit him a second time, he had told the guard at his residence area gate check not to let anybody in to visit him. I was refused entry at the gate check and had no choice but to return home.
He was very stubborn and refused to hear me out. However, he could not guarantee that he would not get sick. Actually he was ill with several ailments, and his days were not easy. I knew that I must help him by offering him salvation. I went to visit him a third time several days later, and this time he did not refuse to see me. I began by telling him about my physical improvements after I began practicing Falun Dafa. I had retired early because I had contracted several illnesses, including tuberculosis, hepatitis, and heart disease. To treat these illnesses I had tried many kinds of qigong for many years, but they did not help me. After I started practicing Falun Dafa, all my illnesses disappeared. He listened to me with sincere interest. I then told him that Dafa is boundless, that it is completely up to his heart, and that if he truly conducts himself according to the principles of Falun Dafa and sincerely recites "Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good," his physical condition would soon improve. I asked him to sit and meditate with me for 15 minutes to experience it for himself. He listened to me, sat with me to meditate, and sincerely recited, "Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness- Compassion-Forbearance is good." I silently asked for Master's strengthening while I was sat in the meditation position.
Fifteen minutes later, he felt his whole body warm up. He exclaimed, "Falun Dafa is really good!"and he immediately agreed to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. His entire family also withdrew from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
