(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Brothers Who Cursed Dafa Practitioners Have Their Hands Crushed
Mr. Xue Qicai and his brother, Xue Qikui, both believed the lies of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). After the CCP announced the suppression of Falun Gong, the brothers indicated that they would not accept any truth-clarifying materials about Falun Gong, and that they would cut off the hands of whoever dared to post such materials on their house. Before long, while rolling cattle feed, Mr. Xue Qicai crushed one of his hands. Soon after, his brother met with the same fate.
No one wants to see such terrible things happen. In the past, people understood that it was necessary to respect the gods and Buddhas as well as practitioners, and that failing to do so would lead to misfortune. Dafa is now being spread worldwide. How a person views Dafa will be a deciding factor in his salvation. Gods and Buddhas want to save people, but it is for each person to decide which side he or she is on. We hope that their sad experience will be a wake-up call for the brothers and that they will choose to respect gods.
Man Dies after Tearing Down Truth-clarifying Posters
Mr. Chen Er was a resident of Zhengli Village, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province. He followed the direction of village Security Officer, Yu Eryang, to tear down Dafa posters. Several practitioners advised him not to do it, but he refused to listen. Only in his twenties, he died in a car accident.
Former Village Committee Director in Cuiping District of Wanjia Village, Shandong Province, Sentenced to Forced Labor after Persecuting Falun Gong
Mr. Li Quanzhou was the former village committee director in the Cuiping District of Wanjia Village, Shandong Province. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, he followed the direction of the CCP to persecute Falun Gong. It was reported that he got 600 yuan for arresting one practitioner. He was focused on making money. In 2007 he got drunk and accidentally killed someone. He was sentenced to a forced labor camp and he is still there today.
