I am a new Falun Dafa practitioner in China. My younger sister practices Falun Dafa, so I was familiar with it, but I never practiced before because I was not ready. Since July 1999, Jiang's regime has been persecuting Falun Gong. I realized Falun Gong was not an ordinary qigong and that practitioners of Falun Gong are not ordinary people. Even though I had not begun to practice yet, I did spread the good news of Dafa and persuaded people to quit the CCP.
I got laid off from my job, so I borrowed some money to raise ten cows. I was so busy that I could hardly sleep at night. In the fall of 2009, I developed severe varicose veins, and my feet were so swollen that I could hardly walk and it was very painful. I went to my sister, who lives in the city, and went to see the doctor, who told us that I needed surgery, which would cost three thousand yuan. I had to wait for the surgery to be scheduled, so I went home.
After I got home, I thought, "Not only do I have a problem with my leg, but I also have trouble with my right thumb." After years of hard work, my thumb was stiff and it hurt to bend it. I thought I might end up spending a lot of money and still not get any better, so I decided: "Forget about treatment, I will begin practicing Falun Gong." I began, and in just a few days, my leg felt better, the swelling was gone, and I was able to bend my thumb.
I received a notice from the hospital setting a date for my surgery. In order to validate the Fa, I went to show the doctors how wonderful Dafa is.
My relatives and the doctor saw how I had improved in just a few days, and they were all astonished. This was something that modern day medicine could not explain. What a miracle!
